Clinical Observation Of Shenling Baizhu Powder In The Treatment Of Spleen-weakness Type Manbiyuan

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Shenlingbaizhu powder on chronic sinusitis of spleen qi deficiency.Methods: All cases were from the Department of Otolaryngology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine.from May 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with chronic sinusitis of spleen qi deficiency who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were included.According to the random number table,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Shenlingbaizhu powder,while the patients in the control group were treated with Tongqiao Biyan capsule,which was taken for 28 days.We recorded the changes of TCM syndrome score,SNOT-20 quality of life score and nasal mucociliary transport time of the two groups before treatment,on the 14 th day and on the 28 th day of treatment,and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions at any time.According to the results of statistical analysis,the clinical efficacy and safety were determined.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: there was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P=0.000<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,which indicated that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.TCM syndrome score:The improvement of nasal congestion,nasal mucosal congestion and swelling,anorexia,loose stool,fatigue and tongue pulse condition in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the curative effect of the two groups was the same in terms of runny nose and headache(P>0.05).3.SNOT-20 quality of life score: the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=0.000<0.05).4.Nasal mucociliary transport time: the improvement of MTT in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=0.000<0.05).5.Safety evaluation: no adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion:This study shows that the use of modified Shenlingbaizhu powder in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with spleen qi deficiency can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the transmission time of nasal mucociliary.The clinical effect is significant,safe and reliable,which is worthy of further promotion.
