Objective:Observing Zishuiqinggan drinks add and subtract with endocrine therapy intervention with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer of TCM symptoms, quality of life, tumor index, blood lipid, blood routine, liver and kidney function, comprehensively and objectively evaluate Zishuiqinggan drinks add and subtract in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients with positive role in the process of endocrine therapy,to fully show the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:The 62 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the experimental group(31 cases)and the control group(31 cases). The control group received endocrine treatment. The experimental group was added with Zishuiqinggan decoction plus or minus prescription on the basis of the control group. The differences in TCM symptoms and signs, endocrine syndrome of breast cancer, laboratory indicators and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were analyzed and compared, and the statistical software spass21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the results. Results:In the test group and control group, there were 62 patients who met the criteria, among which 1 patient in the test group fell off due to irregular oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, and 60 patients in the control group were actually included because they did not go to the outpatient clinic for reexamination.1.TCM syndromes:in terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes, the effective rate of the experimental group was 53%and that of the control group was 17%.The difference in the curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total score of TCM syndromes, the total score of TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased before treatment, and the difference between the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of modified Kupperman scores:the total scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the modified Kupperman before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).3.FACT-B score comparison:after treatment, the scores of all dimensions and total scores of the quality of life scale of the experimental group increased, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores were better than the control group in social/family,emotional status, additional concern and total scores(P<0.05).4.Comparison of KPS score:there were 6 patients in the experimental group with improved physical condition after treatment, and the KPS score was higher than that before treatment, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),which was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Tumor markers:both groups showed a decrease in tumor indicators after treatment, with a statistically significant difference in CA153 in the experimental group(P<0.05).6.Blood lipids:after treatment,TC and LDL-C in the experimental group decreased, while HDL-C increased, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).TG also decreased slightly, with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum lipids between groups(P>0.05).7.Safety:blood routine and liver and kidney functions of the two groups were not significantly abnormal(P>0.05),and the safety was good. Conclusion:Zishuiqinggan decoction combined with endocrine therapy to intervene hormone receptor-positive breast cancer has certain advantages in improving patients’ TCM symptoms and endocrine syndrome of breast cancer, improving patients’ quality of life, and regulating blood lipids. Moreover,it is safe and worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
