Clinical Observation Of Comprehensive Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Advanced Gastric Cancer Operation

Objective:To observe the effects of various traditional Chinese medicine treatments on clinical symptoms,quality of life,anxiety and depression,tumor indicators and side effects of chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer after surgery,in order to objectively evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Through a variety of TCM treatments,the TCM rehabilitation model of advanced gastric cancer is explored Methods:Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer after operation with syndromes of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups:30 patients in the control group were given XELOX chemotherapy alone for 21 days per cycle and 4 cycles were observed;the treatment group:in the control group The group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(Chinese medicine decoction for oral administration,Chinese medicine fumigation,and Ba Duan Jin exercise).The course of treatment was the same as that of the control group.The clinical symptoms,quality of life scores,anxiety and depression scores,tumor indicators and toxicities were compared between the two groupsResults:(1)In terms of TCM symptoms:The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 82.14%and 44.83%,respectively.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the two groups of patients were significantly improved,and the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the differences in the scores of fatigue,tingling,shortness of breath,poor appetite,bloating,and nausea and vomiting were statistically significant(P<0.01),and significant difference in stool abnormality scores.(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the differences in symptom scores of fatigue.epigastric sting,shortness of breath,poor appetite,and abdominal distension were statistically significant(P<0.01),nausea and vomiting,abnormal stool,and limbs The difference in numbness scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the symptoms of fatigue,gastric tingling,and bloating were improved compared with before(P<0.05).(2)In terms of quality of life,the KPS score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the KPS score in the control group was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).(3)Anxiety and depression scores:After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Tumor indicators:CEA and CA199 in the treatment group were lower than before treatment((P<0.05),CA724 in the treatment group was significantly lower than before(P<0.01);CEA and CA724 in the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,Compared with the control group CEA,CA199,CA724(P>0.05),there was no statistical difference.(5)Toxic side effects:The treatment group had lower diarrhea and nausea and vomiting than the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group had lower neurotoxicity than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of fatigue,epigastric sting,shortness of breath,poor appetite,bloating,nausea and vomiting,abnormal stool,etc.,improve physical condition,improve anxiety and depression,and reduce chemotherapy.Nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,neurotoxicity and other adverse reactions can improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after surgery.
