| Objectives: To compare the changes of spermatozoa,sperm motility,sperm morphology and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the patients were treated with nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation for patients with varicose veins of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis postoperative clinical efficacy.Methods: A randomized,controlled method was used to select 72 patients with varicose veins of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis in the second affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into two groups(36 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with microsurgical spermatic vein ligation(fixed surgeon),and no medication was given after the operation.The patients were given reasonable rest,diet and exercise.The patients were treated with microsurgical spermatic vein ligation(fixed surgeon),and the patients were given reasonable rest,diet and exercise.When the intestinal function recovery,we will give patients a course of treatment(3 months)of the traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation.Comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of semen quality,TCM syndrome score changes.After the data were collected,SPSS19.0 was used for analysis.Results: 1.The average number of spermatozoa in the test group was 99.04 ± 44.2,the mean value of sperm motility was 20.66 ± 6.88,the average sperm morphology was 2.66 ± 0.78,the average of the spermatozoa in the control group was 76.29 ± 45.11,the average of the sperm motility Was 15.32 ± 7.84,the mean sperm morphology was 2.2 ± 1.12,P<0.05,statistically significant.At the same time,the semen quality of the test group was significantly improved compared with the control group.2.The mean difference of the total number of spermatozoa before and after treatment was 8.71 ± 5.56,the mean value of sperm forward movement was 4.36 ± 1.71,the average difference of sperm morphology was 0.57 ± 0.31,and the mean difference of total sperm count before and after treatment was 1.12 ± 5.84,the mean value of sperm forward motion was 2.22 ± 1.26,the mean difference of sperm morphology was 0.13 ± 0.21,P<0.05,statistically significant.Indicating that the use of the traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation can effectively improve the quality of the patient's sperm,and the effect is better than the control group.3.The control group and the control group were treated by 3 months.The TCM syndrome score was statistically analyzed.The control group had 5 cases of clinical control,16 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 75.00%.There were 17 cases of clinical control in the experimental group,13 cases were markedly effective,1 case was invalid,59 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.11%.The total effective rate was P= 0.002,P<0.05,which was statistically significant by comparing the total effective rates.Indicating that the experimental group of the traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,and the effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: 1.Compared with simple microsurgical venous ligation,combined with nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation method in improving the total number of spermatozoa varicose veins after the total number of spermatozoa,sperm motility and sperm morphology is better than simple microsurgical venous ligation.2.Compared with simple microsurgical venous ligation,combined with nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation method for varicocele patients with TCM syndrome improvement is better than simple microsurgical venous ligation. |
