The Core Prescriptions Analysis Of Professor Zhou Xiaohong In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using the data mining technology to explore the core prescriptions of professor Zhou Xiaohong’s treatment of Chronic atrophic gastritis,the prescription compatibility of various syndromes and the basic prescription pairs,can provide a reference for treating chronic atrophic gastritis on the clinical research.Methods:First enter all registered cases into WPS office word 2019,the basic information(including name,gender and age),gastroscopy report(including Hp infection,bile reflux,gastric mucosal erosion)and pathological report(atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia),symptoms,tongue color,tongue coating,pulse,traditional Chinese medicine(taste,meridian tropism and efficacy)of 200 CAG patients meeting the inclusion criteria will be stored in WPS Office Excel 2019 table one by one and preprocessed.Frequency analysis and complex network analysis in data mining technology will be used for data analysis.Results:Among the 200 CAG patients,119 were female patients and 81 were male patients,with a male-female ratio of 1:1.47.The incidence of the disease in male was lower than that in females.Between the ages of 20 and 76,the onset age was mainly between 41 and 60 years old,accouting for 62.5%of the total number.32%of the patients had a history of Hp infection.Under the gastroscopy,45.5%of the patients had gastric mucosa erosion and 12.0%of the patients were accompanied by bile reflux.The degree of atrophy was mild,moderate and severe,accounting for 82.0%,16.0%and 2.0%respectively.The degree of intestinal metaplasia was 48.5%,48.0%,2.5%and 1.0%respectively.Dysplasia accounted for 88.5%,11.0%,0.5%and 0%respectively accrording to no,light,morderate and severe.The frequency of clinical symptoms was from high to low:upper abdominal distension(51.5%),epigastic pain(49.5%),belching(48.0%),night insomnia(35.5%),pantothenic acid(29.0%),heartburn(23.0%),afraid of the cold(21.0%),dry mouth(20.5%),poor appetite(17.0%),epigastic discomfort(15.0%),bitter mouth ordor(13.5%),pharyngeal discomfort(12.5%),odor in mouth(9.0%),loose stools(5.5%)and dry stool(5.0%),etc.Through data mining,it was found that professor Zhou Xiaohong’s core prescriptions for the treatment of Chronic atrophic gastritis were:Huangqin、Wuzeigu、Dangshen、Baizhu、Baihuasheshecao、Xianhecao、Danshen、Jiangbanxia、Zhigancao、Daodouke、Jiaoliuqu.It is concluded that the core prescription for Chronic atrophic gastritis is Liujunzi Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction,and the basic prescription pairs:Dangshen-Banxia,Baizhu-Xianhecao,Sugeng-Huanglian-Wuzhuyu,Dangshen-Danshen,etc.Conclusion:Chronic atrophic gastritis is based on deficiency of spleen and stomach,and has pathological factors such as qi stagnation,dampness obstruction,stagnant heat and blood stasis.In the treatment,we should grasp the essence of deficiency of spleen and stomach,take invigorating the spleen and supplementing qi as the basic treatment,and give attention to the methods of regulating qi,removing dampness,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation.During the course of the disease,we should pay attention to the transformation of deficiency and excess,the mixture of cold and heat.At the same time,combined with disease differentiation,combined with heat clearing and detoxification products,in order to achieve better clinical treatment effect.
