Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Patients With Erosive Oral Lichen Planus With Anxiety And Depression

Objectie:Observe the clinical efficacy of Oral Yuyang Granules in patients with erosive oral lichen planus,and evaluate the changes in patients’ anxiety and depression status scores after treatment.Methods:A total of 72 patients with erosive oral lichen planus who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the outpatient stomatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to June 2019 were collected.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group,all 36 cases.The patients in both groups were given corresponding psychological counseling and routine treatment.The test group was given oral Chinese medicine oral ulcer granules and triamcinolone local injection therapy,while the control group was given oral thymosin enteric-coated tablets and triamcinolone local injection therapy.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,improvement of anxiety and depression,and recurrence of the two groups were analyzed.Results:1.The scores of the symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the decline of the experimental group is more significant((P <0.05);2.The anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the experimental group were higher than before the treatment.The improvement was significant(P <0.05),and the improvement was not significant before and after treatment in the control group(P> 0.05);3.The total effective rate was different after treatment in the two groups(P <0.05),and the total effective rate in the test group was higher than the control Group;4.After half a year of followed up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different.The recurrence rate in the test group was 11.11%,that was lower than 44.44% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine oral Yuyang granules combined with triamcinolone acetonide for local treatment of erosive oral lichen planus can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve their anxiety and depression,and can reduce the recurrence rate in the long run.
