Therapeutic Effect Of Vocal Training Combined With Acupuncture On Blood Stasis And Phlegm Clotting Vocal Nodules

Objective: The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of vocal training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis and sputum clotting vocal nodules,with a view to providing a method and path for conservative treatment of vocal nodules.Methods: In this study,120 subjects with vocal cord nodules(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type)were selected and randomly divided into a combined treatment group,a vocal group and an acupuncture group,40 cases in each group.The combined treatment group was given vocal training combined with acupuncture treatment,that is,vocal training once a week for a total of 8 times(2 months),and acupuncture treatment was given at the same time,once a day,5 consecutive treatments and 2 days of rest,one week as a course of treatment A total of four courses;the other two control groups were given acupuncture treatment alone and voice training alone.After the treatment of the three groups was completed,objective observation indicators were examined by electronic laryngoscope,subjective observation indicators were taken by VHI(voice handicap indexo)scale and GRB(grade,roughness,breathiness)scale.This study is a randomized controlled trial,using self-treatment before and after comparison and comparison between the two groups,using statistical software spss23.0 for data statistical analysis,in order to objectively evaluate the clinical effect of voice training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type vocal nodules.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the combined treatment group(voice training combined with acupuncture)was 92.5%,of which 25 cases were cured(62.5%),12 cases were effective(30%),and 3 cases were ineffective(7.5%);the total effective rate of the voice group(voice training alone)was 80%,of which 15 cases were cured(37.5%),17 cases were effective(42.5%),and 8 cases were ineffective(20%);the total effective rate of the acupuncture group(acupuncture alone)The rate was 62.5%,of which 12 cases were cured(30%),13 cases were effective(32.5%),and 15 cases were ineffective(37.5%).After the rank sum test of clinical effect,the following conclusions were drawn: there was statistically significant difference in the effect of combined treatment group,voice group and acupuncture group(χ2= 12.663,P = 0.002 <0.05),and the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the voice group and the acupuncture group,with the largest number of people being cured;the proportion of the voice group in the "effective" level was higher than that of the other two groups;the proportion of the "invalid" in the acupuncture group was higher than that of the other two groups.(2)Voice disorders(VHI)score: the difference between the combined treatment group,voice training group and acupuncture group after 1 month and 2 months was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the three groups were effective.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the voice group and acupuncture group after 1 month and 2 months.After 2 months of treatment,the effect of voice group and acupuncture group was similar(P < 0.05).That is to say,the combined treatment group(voice training combined with acupuncture)is better than the two control groups in improving voice related physiology,function and emotion.(3)GRB score: the difference between the combined treatment group,voice training group and acupuncture group after 1 month and 2 months was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the three groups were effective.After 1 month and 2 months,the curative effect of the combined treatment group was better than that of the voice group and the acupuncture group.After 2 months of treatment,the effect of voice group and acupuncture group was similar(P < 0.05).That is,the combined treatment group(voice training combined with acupuncture)is better than the two control groups in improving the subjects’ hoarseness,roughness and breath.(4)There were no adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion: Voice training combined with acupuncture,single acupuncture and single voice training can improve the clinical symptoms of vocal nodules(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type),but the effect of voice training combined with acupuncture is better than that of single acupuncture and single voice training.Voice training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type of vocal nodule has a definite effect,which provides an economic and safe conservative treatment scheme for patients with vocal nodule,which is worth further clinical research.Voice training combined with acupuncture,single acupuncture and single voice training can improve the clinical symptoms of vocal nodules(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type),but the effect of voice training combined with acupuncture is better than that of single acupuncture and single voice training.Voice training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type of vocal nodule has a definite effect,which provides an economic and safe conservative treatment scheme for patients with vocal nodule,which is worth further clinical research.
