Clinical Study Of Chaiping Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Post-tace Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Chaiping decoction in the treatment of posttranscatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)syndrome of primary liver cancer.Methods:The 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the treatment group(35 cases).In the final treatment group,32 patients were included,and 3 patients dropped out because they were unwilling to continue taking traditional Chinese medicine.In the control group,there were 33 patients,2 of whom were not fully treated and were strongly required to be discharged.The control group was injected with compound glycyrrhizin(diluted with 5% glucose injection of 100ml)to protect liver down-enzyme,general physical cooling,antiemetic and other symptomatic treatment.The treatment group in the control group on the basis of the scheme with the traditional Chinese medicine fujian granule chai ping tang treatment,a course of 7 days.Observation records in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine syndrome integral,effect of TCM syndrome total effective rate,different times temperature(before andafter treatment 1d,3d)after treatment,the liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,propagated),blood coagulation function(PT),a tire protein(AFP)change between the two groups.Results: 1.After the treatment,compared the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment group and control group,two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral score all have varying degrees of decline,two groups of integral score comparison before and after the treatment are significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral score comparison,there were significant differences(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was90.62% in the treatment group and 69.69% in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of body temperature.According to statistical test,the body temperature distribution before treatment of the two groups was P>0.05,showing no statistical significance and comparable.The temperature distribution of the two groups on 1d and 3d after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of hypothermia.4.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in totalbilirubin(TBIL)level between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TBIL level between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in TBIL level between the two groups before and after treatment.5.ALT,AST and ALB were compared before and after treatment,and the difference between the control group and the treatment group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,ALT,AST and ALB in the treatment group and the control group were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of ALT,AST and ALB indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of PT and AFP before and after treatment: there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Chaiping decoction has definite curative effect on t he Syndrome after TACE operation,it can effectively relieve the clinica l symptoms of the patients after TACE operation,improve the liver fun ction indexes such as Alt,AST and ALB to some extent,and has no t oxicity and side effect.However,there was no significant difference in the improvement of PT,AFP and TBIL.2.According to the research summary,chaiping decoction syndrome was preliminarily extracted: main symptoms:(1)fever or conscious fever;(2)rib distension,pain and discomfort;(3)the mouth bitter;(4)nausea and vomiting;Secondary symptoms:(1)abdominal distension,tolerance;Diarrhea in the stool;Tired,sleepy,heavy hands and feet;Tongue veins: tongue red or light red,moss white greasy or yellow greasy,or yellow and white alternate,pulse strings,or smooth,or string slip.To provide a preliminary basis for its clinical application,and to determine the relationship between TCM classics and modern liver diseases.
