Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of chaixian decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with phlegm-heat interaction. Methods: The 62 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into the control group and the treatment group into 31 patients, and the final control group and the treatment group into 30 patients. On this basis, the control group was given the silybin capsule,3 times a day,105 mg each time, oral administration after meals. The observation group was given the treatment of chaipotang,1 dose a day,2 times a day,1 bag each time, washed with boiled water after meals. The treatment course of both groups was 24 weeks.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipid(TG,TC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),liver colour to exceed, instantaneous elastic imaging detection(Fibroscan)controlled attenuation parameter values(CAP),liver/spleen CT ratio, the change of the index such as body mass index(BMI),using the statistical software SPSS 22.0 to observation data for analysis.Results:1.Comparison of the comprehensive curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment: after the course of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy in improving TCM syndromes of patients: theTCM symptoms and signs of patients in the two groups were improved to different degrees after treatment compared with before treatment, and the TCM syndrome scores were decreased compared with before treatment. The difference of TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of BMI before and after treatment: BMI of the two groups decreased to different degrees after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)before and after treatment:after treatment,ALT,AST,GGT in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement of liver function between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Comparison of blood lipid(TC,TG)before and after treatment: after treatment,TC and TG in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of fasting blood glucose(FPG)before and after treatment:after treatment,FPG decreased in both groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).7.Comparison of patients’ CAP value before and after treatment: after treatment, the CAP value of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 56.67%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.Comparison of liver b-ultrasound changes before and after treatment: aftertreatment, the grade of liver b-ultrasound fatty liver in the two groups was better than that before treatment, with the effective rate of 53.33% in the control group and 73.33% in the treatment group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).9.Comparison of CT liver/spleen ratio before and after treatment: the CT liver/spleen ratio of the two groups improved after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chaixian decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of phlegm-heat interactional non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, which can improve the TCM syndrome, liver function, blood lipid, blood glucose, liver b-ultrasound,CAP value and other indicators, and reduce liver inflammation. After comparative analysis, there was no significant difference in the improvement of liver function between the two groups, and the therapeutic effect of other observation indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.2.After clinical research and analysis, the primary chaixian decoction syndrome is as follows: the thoracic flank is swollen with ruffian boredom;A heavy body, cough up and spit, dry mouth, yellow urine, sticky stool.Tongue veins: tongue quality red, yellow greasy tongue coating, pulse string slip or moisten number.
