Clinical Study Of Pixiao Granule No.2 Prescription In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the rapeutic effect of Pixiao Granule No.2 recipe on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to evaluate its safety,so as to lay a foundation for providing an effective,safe and convenient traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:80 patients who conformed the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 patients in each group.On the premise that both groups of patients received basic treatment,the control group was treated with Qiangan Capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Pixiao Granule No.2.The course of treatment was eight weeks.Observe and record the changes of abdominal b-mode ultrasound,BMI,blood lipid,liver function and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS19.0 software was used for comparative analysis of all data,and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant for all results.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,significantly better than that of the control group was 75%.All the curative indexes in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Pixiao Granule No.2 has a good therapeutic effect on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency.
