| Objective: It is hoped that by exploring the relationship between abdominal aortic tube wall calcification and serum calcium ion concentration, the relationship between atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO)and the "days" of traditional Chinese medicine, and the relationship between ASO and serum calcium ion concentration will be further clarified, which will help improve the current clinical The level of diagnosis and treatment,at the same time, deepen the overall knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine for disease and build a bridge for Western medicine to understand disease, and become a brick for the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods: The case of this study was from a patient who was diagnosed by CT examination in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 with the presence of abdominal aortic calcification and serum calcium ion(age 40)~ 79 years old),200 patients were randomly selected, including 40-49-year-old patients,50-59-year-old patients,60-69-year-old patients, and 70-79-year-old patients.Through statistical processing, the CT imaging and serum calcium ions and other indicators of the above patients are analyzed, and the correlation between these indicators and the "days" of Chinese medicine, aging, and Yang deficiency is discussed. Results: A total of 366 patients with abdominal aortic calcification were included in this study.According to the random number table method,50 patients were randomly selected from the 40-49 year old,50-59 year old,60-69 year old,and 70-79 year old patients. There was a statistically significant difference in the serum calcium ion between the groups(P <0.05);the absolute value of neutrophils, the percentage of neutrophils, the absolute value of monocytes, the percentage of monocytes, and the platelet were not statistically different Significance(P> 0.05).The chi-square test showed that the difference in gender between the different groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that there is a difference in the gender of the different age groups. There is a difference in the age distribution of atherosclerosis among men and women, and there are more men than women.Examination showed that there was a significant correlation between serum calcium ion and age(P <0.05);the absolute value of neutrophils, the percentage of neutrophils, the absolute value of monocytes, the percentage of monocytes, platelets and age had no significant correlation(P > 0.05).The linear regression analysis of age and serum calcium ion shows that age can effectively predict the change of serum calcium ion;the regression equation estimates: serum calcium ion = 2.361-0.003 * age,the constant term P <0.001,and the age P=0.045 is less than 0.05 indicates that the model is credible. Conclusion: 1.In this study, the serum calcium concentration of patients with calcified abdominal aortic wall was negatively correlated with age, that is,it decreased with age.2.Serum calcium ions are related to "days" and yang qi.From the correlation between serum calcium ions and age,it is speculated that the serum calcium ions of patients with calcification of abdominal aortic wall decrease with the decay of yang qi.3.The neutrophil ratio, neutrophil absolute value, monocyte ratio, monocyte ratio, monocyte absolute value, platelet count in patients with calcification of abdominal aortic wall in this study were not related to the patient ’s age,and were not related to "days" Correlation.4.This study found that in patients with calcification of the abdominal aortic wall, more men than women. |
