Objective:Using Chinese medicine image number thinking to analyze the structure of music and improve the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine music therapy.In the long-term medical things,shape function as a "class",and by the "class" on all things,take as its fortunes vary multifarious things through analysis of a specific "class",of domination in the fixed model,summed up everything united,isomorphism "reason",that is "take like luck,than class" method.It is the core of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine to reveal the essential law of the cognitive world by means "image" that can be observed from the outside,such as the image of the tongue,the pulse,the image of the five features,the image of the sound and so on(image),a limited number of "images" can be summarized,such as the image of Yin and Yang,the image of the five elements,the image of Tibet,the image of syndrome,the image of the five movements and six qi,etc.As the core thought of ancient people to interpret nature and reveal the essential laws of the world,it had a profound influence on the formation of many TCM theories including the theory of Tibetan and elephant.It has become an important method for TCM to accumulate experience,gain knowledge and form a mature theoretical system in medical practice.Music,born from measurement,is based on too one,too one out of two instruments,two instruments out of Yin and Yang,Yin and Yang change,one up and one down,together into a chapter.In short,music is also a Yin and Yang.This paper mainly USES the Chinese model of "qi-Yin-Yang-five elements-image number" to analyze and summarize the music by analogy and to establish the traditional Chinese medicine analysis method of music.Methods:Based on the image-number model of Yin and Yang and five elements,this paper expounds the recognition and analysis methods of music in traditional Chinese medicine.Music is abstract in its description of emotion and nature.It directly utilizes the five elements’ emotion and image characteristics of music and flexibly interprets them through the five elements’ model,which is more in line with the thinking habits of traditional Chinese medicine.The five elements represent the five running states of qi.In simple terms,the five types of feelings brought to people are described as ascending,leaping,circling,descending and introverted by simple melody lines,which is similar to the description of the four seasons model as growth-oriented collection.It is mainly analyzed from the perspective of tone and rhythm,as well as the integration of melody lines of the two.In terms of Yin and Yang,Yin and Yang can be divided according to the basic elements of music such as timbre,rhythm,melody and loudness,such as the firmness and softness of timbre,the speed and speed of rhythm,the fluctuation of melody and the size of loudness.In terms of timbre,the classification of the influences of different techniques on timbre of a single instrument and the classification of the timbre characteristics of different instruments are divided into Yin and Yang.In terms of practical application,the further development of the thought of Yin and Yang and the five elements requires the combination of the disease positions needed for conditioning,that is,the different levels of form,qi,and god,as well as the different positions of diseases with different zang-fu organs and channels.Therefore,these three are perpendicular to the theory of Yin and Yang and the five elements,and can jointly construct the coordinate system of TCM music therapy.Combined with far infrared imager,music physiology and the psychology of music related research results,using several thinking of the five elements model,the model of Yin and Yang to take analogy like the music,divided into Yin and Yang five lines of attributes all the elements of music,and music in the form,gas,god of the use of different levels of thinking,using far infrared imager to observe different attributes of Yin and Yang to music influence on the temperature change of the du meridian.Results: Different music has different influence on the distribution of body surface temperature.The influence of Yang music on tuo pulse is different from that of Yin music,which accords with the classification of image-number thinking model.There are individual differences in the influence of the same music on the body surface temperature of different groups.Conclusion : The idea of analyzing music and connecting clinic with image-number thinking is feasible,and the experimental conclusion conforms to the yin-yang model.Using image-number thinking to analyze and understand music is more in line with the thinking habit of traditional Chinese medicine,convenient and flexible,and can deepen the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine music therapy system.The application of image-number thinking to analyze and understand music conforms to the logical thinking habit of traditional Chinese medicine,and is of certain significance to the construction of the way of using music that conforms to the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.Can help the theory of music therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to further deepen and improve.Clinical observation also shows that the Yin and Yang attributes of music can influence the change of Yin and Yang in human body.However,there are still many problems in practice.For example,the emotion of music varies from person to person.Different people have different feelings for the same music.Too long use of the same music tends to produce music tolerance.How to better select the bridge of empathy between music and patients,whether timbre and octave can be integrated into the music treatment system,etc.,remains to be further studied.
