Based On The Theory Of "Yin Yang Twenty-five People", The Distribution Of Infrared Thermosensitive Acupoints In Young People With Kidney Yang Deficienc

Purpose:Twenty-five Yin and Yang are the earliest and most comprehensive physical classification method of traditional Chinese medicine.In this study,the Five-shaped personality scale was developed based on ancient books,and classified the population with kidney and Yang deficiency,summarized in the group,measuring the temperature of infrared sensitive points of human and peaceful constitution,compare with the credibility of the theory based on Yin and Yang 25 people,and provide new ideas for clinical constitution analysis and disease prevention.Materials and Methods:1.By referring to ancient books,the theory of Yin and Yang 25 people on the basis of ancient books,from the appearance,shape,behavior,psychological characteristics,etc,by measuring the face,body mass index,limb proportion index and other international standards and prone to disease,psychological characteristics of clinical standards of traditional Chinese medicine,preliminary preparation "five shape personality scale".2.The subjects selected in this study were students studying in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to December 2022.A group of 192 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of kidney Yang deficiency were tested by the "five-form personality scale",and the highest rate among 25 people.3.42 patients with the highest ratio and 42 patients were included in the test.The two groups were measured by TMT-9000 infrared thermal imager.According to the temperature of the specific points in the scale,the temperature results of the two groups were compared,and the data results were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.According to the contents of ancient texts,the "Five-form Personality Scale" is preliminarily formulated from the aspects of appearance,behavioral characteristics,susceptibility to diseases and psychological characteristics.2.In this study,the test of kidney Yang deficiency was assessed by the "five-shaped personality scale",and the proportion of people was mostly Taigong.3.The statistical analysis showed that the surface temperature of the left group selected based on the "Yin-Yang 25 people theory" was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Standardize the abstract theory of Yin and Yang 25 people with contemporary medical standards,so that it can be applied to clinical practice,and preliminarily explore the judgment of clinical constitution and the prevention and treatment of no disease.2.Based on the data of students,the people with kidney Yang deficiency is based on the theory of Yin and Yang,which is more similar to the physical morphology and psychological characteristics of 25 people of Yin and Yang.The influence of congenital deficiency on the acquired spleen and stomach is demonstrated.The kidney Yang deficiency group in young and young people does not have the pathological characteristics of kidney Yang deficiency,but is first expressed as acquired deficiency of spleen and stomach,and can be prevented and treated from the acquired spleen and stomach.3.Based on the data of students and the theory of Yin and Yang,the temperature of the left Dicang,Daying,Bucche and Xiaguan points and the comparison of the peaceful physical population,indicating that "Yin and Yang 25" has certain feasibility in guiding clinical acupoint selection.
