Objective(1)The study aimed to observe the influence of spouse's voice on recovery time of thoracolumbar surgery patients under general anesthesia;(2)To observe the effect of spouse's voice on the pain of patients undergoing thoracolumbar surgery under general anesthesia in the recovery period;(3)To observe the influence of spouse's voice on the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation in patients undergoing thoracolumbar surgery under general anesthesia during the recovery period;(4)Provide theoretical basis for the establishment of resuscitation plan in clinical practice.MethodsIn December 2018 to August 2019,Liaoning province Dalian city selected a certain level of first-class hospital met inclusion and exclusion criteria patients with posterior lumbar intervertebral discectomy, decompression, bone grafting, fusion and internal fixation. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method.Finally,34 cases in the control group,33 cases in the experimental group were collected effectively. In the control group, routine care through awakened by medical staff, while in the experimental group,in addition to routine care, voice calls between patients and their spouses were carried out at the same time.General data questionnaire, digital pain assessment scale,Steward wake score,ECG monitoring, and blood oxygen saturation monitoring were measured to evaluate patients' recovery situations in general anesthesia.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data, including descriptive statistical analysis,t-test of two independent samples,chi-square test,t-test of paired samples and analysis of variance of repeated measurements.Results1.Objects lossDuring the experiment, one patient was lost from the control group and two from the experimental group, and 34 and 33 patients were lost from the final control group and the experimental group, respectively, with the loss rates of 2.86% and 5.71%.2.Comparison of general information between the two groupsThere was no significant difference in gender, age, operation time, anesthesia time, intraoperative temperature and humidity between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Time of extubation, the response time of exhalation, the recovery time of cough, recovery time and pain score of recovery period were analyzed by independent sample t testThe independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups in extubation time, respiratory response time, cough recovery time and wake time, and the results showed that the experimental group was significantly less than the control group in extubation time, respiratory response time, cough recovery time and recovery time(P < 0.05).The independent sample t-test analysis results of the pain score in the recovery period of the two groups showed that there was a statistical difference in pain between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Chi-square test of agitation and nausea in the recover period of the two groups of patientsThe occurrence of agitation and nausea in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P >0.05).5.Repeated measurement ANOVA of blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation in the two groupsThe results of repeated measures of variance analysis showed that the effect and interaction between the two groups of patients' vital signs were not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05),but the effect within the group was statistically significant(P <0.001).Conclusion1.Spouse voice stimulation can shorten the extubation time, exhalation response time, recovery time and recovery time of cough in patients with general anesthesia.2.Spouse voice stimulation relieved the pain in patients undergoing thoracolumbar surgery under general anesthesia.3.Spouse voice stimulation had no effect on restlessness and nausea in patients undergoing thoracolumbral lumbar surgery under general anesthesia.4.Spouse voice stimulation had no effect on the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation of patients with general anesthesia during the recovery period.
