Research On Hani’s Traditional Medicine For Treating Bone Injury

Objective: Sort out the characteristic therapies and treatment experiences of Hani medicine for the treatment of bone injuries.At the same time,use data mining technology.Analyze the single prescription of the Hani medicine for the treatment of bone injury diseases,and summarize the medication rules.Use these rules to further guide clinical practice,inherit and protect Hani Medicine.Method: Through literature research,surveys,and data retrieval,we collect characteristic therapies,techniques,and prescriptions.These methods are used to treat bone injuries by Hani people.Then,on the basis of standardizing prescriptions,using "Traditional Chinese Medicine Assistant Platform V2.5" software to analyze these prescriptions and dig out their medication rules.Result:The Hani people are good at using a variety of Hani folk medicines to treat bone injuries.The treatment methods of the Hani people in various regions have their own characteristics.A total of 60 external prescriptions and 18 oral prescriptions for the treatment of bone injuries were collected by the Hani people.It also shows the high-frequency medication and the combination of high-frequency medication in these prescriptions.Conclusion:1.In general,Hani Medicine treats wounds and diseases with wound hemostasis,manipulative restoration,splint fixation,and externally applied drugs.It also assists with oral decoctions,alcohol,powders,and medical diets.2.According to the analysis,129 flavored Hani medicines were used in externalprescriptions.The 10 most frequently used Hani medicines from highest to lowest are Yeshanghua,Damayao,Duzhong,Xuemancao,Tengzhong,Feijicao,Waiyezilan,Chonglou,Yuzilang,Santianojin.57 flavored Hani medicines were used in oral prescriptions,and the highest frequency of the 8 flavored Hani medicines from high to low was Sumu,Jingmaomutong,Shenjincao,leech Shuizhi,Luofumu,Tougucao,Gusuibu,Heigutou.3.Analyze the association rules of prescription drugs.Shows that the most frequently used drug combination in external prescriptions is "Xuemancao,Yeshanghua",followed by "Feijicao,Damayao","Jiegumu,Damayao" and "Yuzilan,Yeshanghua";the most frequently used drug combination in oral prescriptions is "Sumu,Jinmaomutong","Tougucao,Heigutou".
