Objective: This clinical observation item evaluates the clinical effect observation of the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type by grouping and observing the relief of lumbar pain before and after treatment, the improvement of personal quality of life, the improvement of functional activities and the changes of serum CRP and IL-6 content,so as to provide more reasonable and effective treatment for the third lumbar transverse process syndrome Methods of treatment. Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department(Dongfeng East Road,Guanshang and Chenggong disease area)of Kunming traditional Chinese medicine hospital.According to the random number table method,60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group for observation,30 cases in the treatment group and the control group,in this clinical observation,2 cases in the treatment group and 1case in the control group. After the doctor and patient signed the informed consent form and gave the routine examination, the treatment plan of the control group was to choose the tendon manipulation combined with acupoint application. The tendon manipulation was treated twice a week for two consecutive weeks. From the second day after the tendon manipulation, the acupoint application treatment was carried out, with one sticking every day for 12 hours and one sticking for 5 days, totaling three courses. In the treatment group, the method of regulating the tendons combined withthe hot compress of yaoshangtang was selected. The method of regulating the tendons was used twice a week for two weeks. From the second day after the method of regulating the tendons, the hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine was used. Each treatment lasted for 30 minutes, one time in the morning and one time in the evening. One treatment course was 5 days,a total of three courses. The patients were followed up for at least 2 months after the treatment.VAS pain score and modified ODI score were used to evaluate the scores of 5 days,10 days,15 days and 2 months after the treatment. The changes of serum CRP and IL-6 were measured in the laboratory before and 15 days after the treatment. The treatment effects of the treatment plan in the treatment group and the control group were compared by statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease, lesion location,VAS score before treatment,ODI score before treatment,CRP content and IL-6 content before treatment.2.VAS pain score: comparison between the two groups: after treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups showed a significant decline in the corresponding period of time. After treatment, the two groups were compared in different periods of time, and the test results were statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups: 5days after treatment, there was no significant statistical difference in VAS score between the two groups, but there was significant statistical significance between the two groups after 10 days,15 days and 2 months of treatment.3.Modified ODI score: comparison between the two groups: in the same period of time after treatment, the total score of modified ODI tends to decline, and has significant statistical significance through statistical analysis.Comparison between the two groups: 5 days after treatment, there was no significant difference in ODI score between the two groups. After 10 days,15 days and 2 months of treatment, the modified ODI scores of the two groups were statistically significant.4.Serum CRP,IL-6 content: compared within the group, the two groups before and 15 days after treatment, serum CRP and IL-6 content showed a downward trendcompared with before treatment, and there were significant statistical differences after statistical analysis. There was no statistical significance in the serum CRP and IL-6levels between the two groups before treatment, but there was statistical significance in the serum CPR and IL-6 levels 15 days after treatment.5.Before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups: in the VAS score evaluation, the effective rate of the control group was 89.65%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%.The effective rate of the control group was93.10% and that of the treatment group was 96.43%.Conclusion: The treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Yao-shang decoction hot compress has the characteristics of obvious curative effect, safety and reliability, which can reduce the pain caused by the pain and improve the quality of life of the patients. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.
