Clinical Observation Of Fuyuan Ventilating Combined With Needle Knife In The Treatment Of Third Lumbar Vertebrae Transverse Process Syndrome (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuyuantongqisan combined with acupotomology treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,in order to enrich the clinical treatment,provide effective guidance for clinical work.Methods: Using a completely randomized design,selection of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine orthopedic outpatient department in accordance with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome diagnostic criteria 90 patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine group,acupotomy group,to observe the improvement of ODI score and SF-MPQ score.Results: In the ODI score: the ODI score in Chinese medicine acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and acupotomy group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).SF-MPQ score: the score consists of PRI score,VAS score and PPI score,by comparison,there are significant differences in the scores of the three groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group after treatment were lower than the other two groups.Clinical curative effect: the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group was significantly higher than the other two groups.The number of disease recurrence after a month: the number of cases of recurrence in the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group was less than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupotomy group.Conclusion: Fuyuantongqisan combined with acupotomology has a good curative effect in the third lumbar transverse patients;The reduce of ODI score and SF-MPQ score in Chinese medicine acupuncture group are significantly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and acupotomy group,and it can reduce the late recurrence rate,also can increase the efficiency of treatment of disease.In the treatment of Chinese medicine combined with acupotomology,untoward effect is not found,and it is a safe and effective method worth spread and further study.
