Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Nelumbinis Stamen And Nelumbinis Receptaculum

In order to further understand the material basis of Nelumbinis.Stamen and theNelumbinis Receptaculum and provide a basis for the subsequent development andutilization the chemical compositions of the different medicinal parts of Nelumbomucifera Gaertn have been studied in our article.A total of 26 compounds have beenseparated and identified from Nelumbinis.Stamen and Nelumbinis Receptaculum.using HP-20,MCI,normal phase silica gel,LH-20,C₁₈ reverse column chromatography and other separation methods,combined with spectroscopy technology,including flavonoids,triterpenes,alkaloids,steroids,etc.There is a new compound.The research of the chemical composition of Nelumbinis Stamen were introduced in the first chapter.17 compounds were have been isolated and identified from Nelumbinis Stamen,including:Kaempferol-3-O-?6''-?-Hydroxyh ydrocinnamic acid?-?-D-glucuronate?1?,Kaempferol-3-O-?-D-pyranogal-actoside?2?,Quercetin-3-O-?-D-glycosidase?3?,Kaempferol-3-O-?-D-glucuronid-6''-methyl ester?4?,Kaempferol?5?,Quercetin?6?,Hederagenin-28-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl ester?7?,Cycloart-24-en-3?-ol?8?,1-Ribityl-2,3-dike to-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethyl-quino xaline?9?,Phenylalanine?10?,Inosine?11?,Methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate?12?,?-gl yceryl palmitate?13?,Palmitic acid?14?,glucose stearate?15?,?-sitosterol?16?,Daucosterol?17?.Among them,the compound 1 was the new compound,Compounds 1,3-4,6-13,and15 as well as compounds 4,7-10,12,and 15 were isolated from Nelumbinis Stamen and Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn respectively for the first time.The study of the chemical composition of Nelumbinis Receptaculum were introduced in the second chapter.Nine compounds have been isolated and identified from Nelumbinis Receptaculum,including:Quercetin?1?,Isoquercitrin?2?,Quercetin-3-O-?-D-glucuronide?3?,5,7-Dihydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one?4?,1-Ribit yl-2,3-dike to-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethyl-quinoxaline?5?,Catechol?6?,Palmi tic acid?7?,?-Sitosterol?8?,Daucosterol?9?.Among them,compounds 1-9 and compounds 4-5 were first isolated from Nelumbinis Receptaculum and Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn,respectively.The history,chemical composition and pharma-cological activity of the different medicinal parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn were summarized in the third chapter.The mainly compounds isolated from Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn includinge flavonoids,alkaloids,terpenes,coumarins and so on.In addition,the medicinal parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn have been considered to perform well physiological and pharmacological activities in Anticancer and antitumor Antiinflammatory bacteriost-asis Lowering blood sugar,blood fat and antioxidants.
