Effect Of Qiangxin Capsules On Left Ventricular Ddiastolic Function Of Elderly Heart Failure With Preserved Left Ventreicular Ejection Fraction(Yang Deficiency And Water Overflow Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the effect of Qiangxin capsule on left ventricular diastolic function of elderly heartfailure with preserved left ventreicular ejection fraction(yang deficiency and water overflow syndrome)and its clinical efficacy.Methods: Seventy-two elderly heartfailure with preserved left ventreicular ejection fraction patients with syndrome of yang deficiency and water overflow syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated conventional western medicine anti-heart failure.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group take Qiangxin capsules(4 capsules / time,Tid).The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM symptoms? cardiac function classification? plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels ? left ventricular diastolic function and other indicators were performed on the two groups of patients.Results: 1.Comparison of left ventricular diastolic function indicators: left ventricular diastolic function improved after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving mitral annulus e',LAVI,average E / e',and left ventricular diastolic function efficacy(P <0.05).2.Comparison of the effects of cardiac function classification: After treatment,the effects of cardiac function classification were improved in both cases(P <0.05),and the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of brain natriuretic peptide levels: Plasma brain natriuretic peptide values of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01).The plasma brain natriuretic peptide reduction effect in the treatment group was more significant than in the control group.4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment.The TCM symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).The treatment group was more effective in improving the symptoms of TCM.Conclusion: Qiangxin Capsule can improve TCM symptoms such as palpitations ?asthma?facial limb edema?heart failure? low plasma brain natriuretic peptide,and improve heart function in elderly patients with heart failure(yang deficiency and water deficiency)who have retained ejection fraction,and it's mechanism may be improved left ventricular diastolic function.
