| Objective:Nowadays,Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in female.The incidence rate and mortality rate continued to increase.which has seriously endangered the women’s health.Breast cancer is a highly heterogeneous tumor,With the development of medical molecular level,molecular typing diagnosis plays a key role in the clinical research of breast cancer patients.Some studies have shown that there are differences in clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer.The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the axillary lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with different molecular subtypes of breast cancer,in order to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future..METHODS:This is a retrospective study.We collected the clinical data of 195 female patients who had breast cancer surgery in our hospital from September 2013 to September2014.According to the results of immunohistochemical staining,HER-2 fluorescence in situ hybridization and 2019 CSCO breast cancer diagnosis and treatment guidelines,the 195 cases of breast cancer were divided into five groups: luminal A group,luminal B group,HER-2 overexpression group and triple negative group.Then we analyzed the status of axillary lymph node metastasis,pathological characteristics and prognostic factors.RESULTS:1.The positive rate of axillary lymph nodes in luminal B patients was higher than that in luminal A and triple negative types.The positive rate of axillary lymph nodes in HER-2 overexpression patients(ER-/ PR-/ HER-2 +;ER + / PR-/ HER-2+)was higher than that in luminal A and triple negative patients.2.Our study shows that there is no correlation between age and axillary lymph node metastasis,nor is menstrual state.And the size of tumor tissue is significantly related to axillary lymph node metastasis rate.3.The prognosis of luminal A was better than HER-2 +(ER-),HER-2 +(ER-)and triple negative patients..The prognosis of luminal B was better than triple negative patients.CONCLUSION:The positive rate of axillary lymph nodes in luminal B and HER-2overexpression group was higher;the prognosis of luminal A was better than HER-2overexpression and triple negative breast cancer.The molecular subtype should be used as an important index to evaluate the pathological characteristics and prognosis of breast cancer,and it also has guiding significance to determine the treatment plan of patients with different types. |
