The formation of students' healthy personality depends on the management of the school,the support of the family,the cooperation of students and so on.In school management,the role of class management is particularly prominent.Class management is not only an important condition for realizing the education goal of class,but also an effective way to achieve education goal,which plays a crucial role in improving education teaching quality.Compared with the primary high school,the class management of secondary vocational schools has its own uniqueness.This is especially true in the gender aspect of nursing.The secondary vocational school nursing major is based on the class of class.Therefore,a detailed study was conducted on the management of female students majoring in nursing in secondary vocational schools.In this study,six secondary vocational nursing classes in one of the wei schools in changchun city were selected for the study and analysis.Through interviews and questionnaires,the problems in class management were identified and the solutions were proposed.Conclusion 1:the average management of the class is 2.44.The overall situation is better.Look from the average number of various factors,the school management belongs to the degree of general average system factor,class management system factor,the average number of belongs to a better degree,education activity management factor belongs to general average degree,environmental health management factors belong to the better degree,average discipline culture construction management factors belong to the better degree,average the extent of the spiritual culture construction management factors belongs to general average,construction and management of employment guidance factor belonging to the general average level.Evaluation of students to independent management condition in the general level,of independent management and includes four secondary dimension values below 3.0,the student has general performance in autonomous management,especially the two aspects of discipline,abide by sex,activity participationConclusion2:class management questionnaire.The average factor is the average.Conclusion3:self-management questionnaire.Most of the factors are in general autonomous management level.Conclusion4:there are significant differences in class management in grade level.Conclusion5:education activity management system has significant difference in different grades and employment guidance management system.There are no significant differences in other factors.After the analysis of education activity management system factors,there was a significant difference between 2014 and 2016 levels,and the 2014 level was in the general level on this factor and there was room for improvement.On the factors of the employment guidance management system,there are significant differences between 2014 and 2015 levels,and the level of 2014 is at a general level.In class management,there are significant differences in whether the employment guidance management system is the only child.There are significant differences in the activity participatory factors,and there are significant differences between 2015 and 2016.There is no significant difference in whether or not there is a single child.But the average score is average.Among the independent management factors,there are significant differences in the discipline compliance among the only children,and the non-only-child scores are in general level.Activity participation level is at a general level.Conclusion6:56.53%of the head teachers considered that class management was more difficult to manage,with 13.04%of the class directors thinking that the difficulties were but can be overcome,and 17.39%said that the current class management had not changed.There are 13.04%of the class teachers who think that the current class management difficulty has been reduced.Statistically,the degree of change in class management is considered difficult by most people.From the perspective of students,school management system is not easy to change,and the class management system is easy to change.Judging from the comparison between student and teacher survey,most teachers think that the class management system is not easy to change.For "do you accept the class management system established by the school?,In the results of the survey,the proportion of "highly recognized" and "relatively recognized" headteachers accounted for 65.21%,while the remaining 34.79%questioned the school's existing class management system.Teachers recognize the majority of the class management system.For "do you like the current management model of the class?" According to the survey results,the total proportion of "prefer" and "generally liked" reached 52.18%,and only 34.78%of the head teachers liked the current class management mode.Statistically,most teachers prefer the current classroom management model.For "do you feel that your class management ability is improved?" In the survey results,the head teacher considered that personal management improved,accounting for 43.47%of the total,while 8.7%said that the class management level declined.On the whole,the level of classroom management of most teachers can be improved.In”do you think you still need class management skills training?"Among the options,86.96%percent of teachers said they needed to participate in training to enhance the scientific and effectiveness of class management.In "are you satisfied with the current class culture construction?" In the survey results,the teacher was mainly "satisfied" with the current class culture construction,accounting.for 52.16%and high satisfaction.The proportion of general satisfaction and dissatisfaction is 30.44%.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part:introduction,including the introduction of the problem,the present situation of domestic and foreign research,the purpose and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods,the research contents and the main concepts.Part two:theoretical foundation.The third part:to analyze the form of questionnaire and interview in full,in the main a nursing school in changchun six technical secondary school to study the nursing class,of all classes in class management,detail analysis on the phenomenon that bad.The specific situation of each girl's class management was investigated in detail,and summarized the problems and deep reasons of the students' class in daily life.Part four:analyze the problems in female management and elaborate on individual,family and school.The fifth part:to make a solution,conclusion and suggestion to the problem set forth in this paper.
