| The ability of self-management of medical students in secondary vocational schools is the ability of medical students to have self-knowledge,control,coordination and planning for self-realization and all-round development.In order to enable medical students in secondary vocational schools to study,live,and work better,this article researches and analyzes the use of topic classes to improve the self-management capabilities of medical students in secondary vocational schools.In this study,a medical student at a Guangzhou University was selected as the research object,and according to the four basic requirements for self-management skills of medical students in the secondary vocational school,the current status of students’ self-management ability in these aspects was investigated.According to questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students,the ability of interpersonal relationship management,physical and mental management,and career management of medical students in secondary vocational schools is relatively low.As interns,they have self-control ability in doctor-patient relationship and self in doctor-patient communication.Cognitive ability is weak.Through the use of scenario simulation,exchange sharing,peer demonstration and special reports as a practical case,the author analyzed that the theme class will improve the ability of self-planning,self-coordination,self-control and self-cognition of medical students in the secondary vocational school.After conducting the theme class meeting,the students’ self-management ability was investigated again.Analyze the survey data before and after the class meeting and observe the students’ performance before and after the class meeting.The theme class meeting had a better effect in improving the self-management ability of the medical students.On this basis,the author further studied the role of the theme class meeting in improving the self-management ability of medical students in secondary vocational schools.However,secondary vocational students only have three years in school.Most of them spend their time in their own units,families,and society.Yet the improvement of self-management skills involves a wide range of tasks,some of which are even lifelong events.It is hoped that the self-management ability of medical students in secondary vocational schools will be mentioned once and for all through the theme class meeting.This is neither realistic nor possible.However,the school’s theme class will have a good effect on improving this ability to a certain extent within a certain period of time.But we also need to clearly understand that the limitations of using the class meeting to enhanceself-management skills. |
