Objective: To discuss the correlation between frailty syndrome and cognitive function and anxiety and depression, and to minimize the occurrence of disability or rehospitalization caused by debilitating. Methods: 298 inpatients aged ≥60 years in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects(including 150 males and 148females),and collected and collected basic clinical data, using Fried debilitating The Symptomatic Scale,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS),and Self-Assessment Scale for Depression(SDS)are used to evaluate the frailty condition and cognitive function, and anxiety and depression. In the non-frailty group(82 cases),pre-frailty group(96 cases),and frailty group(120 cases),the general clinical data of the three groups of patients and the risk factors affecting the frailty were statistically analyzed. Results: Gender, age, coronary heart disease(CHD),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),blood creatinine(Scr),albumin between the three groups of non-frailty group,pre-frailty group and frailty group(ALB)Comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The detection rate of cognitive dysfunction in the frailty group [49(40.8%)] was significantly higher than that in the non-frailty group and the pre-frailty group [9(11%);28(29.2%)](P <0.05).The detection rate of anxiety state in the frailty group [52(43.3%)] was significantly higher than that in the non-frailty group and the pre-railty group [10(12.2%);27(28.1%)](P <0.05).The detection rate of depression in frailty group [30(25%)] was significantly higher than that in non-frailty group and pre-frailty group [6(7.3%);23(24%)](P <0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that degeneration was positively correlated with cognitive function, anxiety, and depression(all P <0.05);multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR =1.557,95% CI: 1.021-2.374,P = 0.040),Coronary heart disease(OR = 2.639,95% CI:1.386-5.022,P = 0.003),cognitive function(OR = 4.360,95% CI: 1.788-10.629,P = 0.001)anxiety state(OR = 2.718,95 % CI: 1.188-6.220,P = 0.018),depression status(OR =3.350,95% CI: 1.211-9.270,P = 0.020)are independent risk factors for the occurrence of frailty. Conclusion: frailty syndrome is associated with the existence of cognitive dysfunction and anxiety and depression. We need to conduct screening, identify and intervene as early as possible to improve the quality of life of the elderly and reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes,so as to achieve health Aging.
