Objective: To understand the relationship between cognitive frailty anxiety, depression and disability and their three,to explore the impact of cognitive frailty and anxiety depression on the elderly,to provide reference for targeted research and nursing intervention for the elderly in the future. Methods:This study belongs to the descriptive survey in non-experimental research.Using the convenience sampling method,308 disabled elderly people who voluntarily participated in the study were selected in a tertiary A hospital and a nursing institution in Yanji city from March 2021 to July 2021.Questionnaires were conducted using the general demographic data questionnaire,Fried frailty phenotype,Simple Mental State Examination Scale and Clinical Dementia Identification Scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and Daily Life Energy Strength Scale.Data analysis was completed using SPSS 26.0 for statistical description, descriptive analysis,chi-square test,t-test,ANOVA one-way analysis of variance,Spearman bivariate correlation and multiple linear regression analysis, with test level p <0.05 as a statistically significant difference.Result:(1)General information: The average age of the 308 study subjects was 75.20 ± 6.75 years. There were 126 males(40.9%)and 182 females(59.1%).The residence was 139(45.1%)in rural areas and 169(54.9%)in urban areas.148(48.1%)participated in intellectual activities and160(51.9%)did not participate in intellectual activities.(2)There were 134 disabled persons with cognitive frailty, with detection rate of 43.5%,199 disabled persons with anxiety and depression with detection rate of 64.6%,with average score of20.02±6.80;308 disabled subjects with detection rate of 100% and average score of 22.28±6.70.Subject cognitive frailty, anxiety, depression and disability in age(70),gender(female),residence(rural),occupation(farmers and other),chronic diseases(two or more),education level(junior high school, primary school and below),income source(income dependent on others),self-rated health(general and poor),exercise frequency(occasionally / never exercise),sleep(insomnia),intellectual activity(not involved in intellectual activity)score higher than others, the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).In addition to cognitive frailty, anxiety, depression and disability levels scored higher in household monthly income(3000 or less)than others, which was statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)The correlation between cognitive weakness, anxiety and depression and disability(r=0.116~0.984,p<0.05): cognitive weakness, anxiety and depression and its sub-dimensions were all positively correlated with disability and its dimensions, and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Factors affecting disability: A total of 7 variables entered the regression equation, including age, sex, educational level, number of chronic diseases, intellectual activity, cognitive frailty anxiety and depression, explaining 70.61%(F=50.073,P <0.05)of the total variation of disability, including 7.2%(F=23.859,P <0.05)and anxiety and depression,19.6%(F=50.073,P<0.05).conclusion:(1)The disability rate of the elderly in Yanji city is at a high level and should be paid attention to.In the health management of the elderly, more attention should be paid to the elderly with older age, women, rural areas, farmers, low economic income, number of multiple chronic diseases, insurance for urban and rural residents, economic income dependence, low education level, poor self-rated health status, less exercise frequency, poor sleep quality, and do not participate in intellectual activities.(2)Correlations between cognitive frailty, anxiety, depression, and total and disability scores and all dimensions.(3)Older age, women, lower education, more chronic diseases, less participation in intellectual activities, higher cognitive frailty, and higher anxiety and depression mean more disability in the elderly.Cognitive frailty anxiety and depression are important factors affecting disability.Community medical staff should improve the importance of cognitive weakness, anxiety and depression,in the health management of the elderly,in addition to routine projects, should increase the assessment of cognitive frailty and anxiety depression, grasp the real level, convenient multi-angle health management, should as far as possible to help the elderly to reduce the risk factors of disability, help them improve the cognitive function, cultivate positive mental state, help the realization of healthy aging.
