Objective:To compare the pregnancy outcomes of frozen-thawed blastocyst with different days in the freeze-all cycle, and to explore the influence of embryo development days on the perinatal outcome. Methods:The clinical data of 886 patients met the criteria for accepting exhaustion undergoing freezing and thawing blastocyst transplantation in the freeze-all cycle that needed to be assisted with reproductive technology in the reproductive medicine center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to June 2018 were collected. The research group according the different blastocyst development days were divided into D5 group(469 cases)and D6group(417 cases). The general data, clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate, abortion rate, low birth weight rate of pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical pregnancy rate, blastocyst implantation rate and live birth rate of D5 group were higher than those of D6 group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in biochemical pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, abortion rate, premature delivery rate, low birth weight rate, macrosomia rate, neonatal defect rate and gender ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the freeze-all cycle, there were no significant adverse perinatal outcomes after D6 blastocyst transplantation in the cycle without D5 blastocyst transplantation.
