Study On The Distribution Of Gastric Polyps In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:The distribution of TCM syndrome types of gastric polyps(GP)was discussed in order to understand the distribution differences of TCM syndrome types of gastric polyps in xinjiang.Methods:GP patients were collected from Jan.1,2019 to Dec.31,2019 in the Department of the spleen and stomach of the Xinjiang Medical University,the General Condition(sex and age),HP infection,gastroscopy and pathological examination were collected,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:The age of GP patients was more than 40 years old,and the polyp diameter was less than 0.6 cm.The most pathological type was inflammatory polyp,and the second was hyperplastic polyp.The difference in the distribution of GP pathological types between the HP positive group and the negative group was statistically significant(?~2=33.403,P<0.001).Distribution of TCM syndromes of gastric polyps:spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome>spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome>liver and stomach stagnation syndrome>liver and stomach stagnation syndromeb>spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome>stomach collateral-stasis syndrome>stomach Yin deficiency syndrome,accounting for30.80%,27.70%,12.60%,12.10%,9.10%,4.3%and 3.4%,respectively.GP whether different TCM syndrome types in the gastric mucosa has burst in the group distribution differences statistically significant(?~2=13.796,P=0.032),and the gender,age,body mass index,HP infection situation and results of gastroscopy-number of polyps,polyp size and growth of gastric polyps-and pathological types of correlation analysis,P values were less than 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:In xinjiang region,GP TCM syndrome types were mostly seen in spleen-stomach qi deficiency and spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,while deficiency in stomach Yin syndrome was rare.Moreover,the distribution of GP TCM syndrome types in the gastric mucosa ruptured group and the unruptured group was statistically significant.
