| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treating carcinoma induced fatigue after chemotherapy in colorectal cancer.Methods:Screening in February 2019 to January 2020 in xinjiang uygur auto nomous region hospital of TCM oncology colorectal cancer after chemotherapy in patients with fatigue,and conforms to the blood into the standard type two losses and 64 cases of patients after excluding,fall off as the research object,using the random envelope method were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group treated with acupuncture com bined with du jiu,the control group using normal acupuncture treatment,observation of blood type two kui cancer-related fatigue in before and after treatment in patients with Piper fatigue rating scale,KPS physical status score and TCM symptoms integral change situation,choose treatment time for one period of treatment,9 days for aperiod of treatment,Aft er the treatment,the two groups of data were collated and the results were obtained through comparative analysis.Results:Comparing the curative effect of TCM symptoms between the two groups,the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of general acupuncture group was 67.65%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison of Piper fatigue scale score and KPS physical condition score between the two groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).In comparison between the two groups,the difference of Piper fatigue scale score,KPS physical condition score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Both treatment methods in the two groups had certain curative effect on the fatigue caused by qi and blood cancer,but the treatment effect of acupuncture and moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.(2)ordinary acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment can reduce the score of TCM symptoms,the improvement of symptoms is better than the control group;Through statistical comparison of Piper fatigue scale score a nd KPS physical condition score of the two groups of patients,it was found that acupunctu recombined with acupuncture and moxibustion group could significantly improve their physical condition,alleviate the degree of cancer-induced fatigue and improve the quality of life for CRF patients with both qi and blood deficiency.It is suggested that acupuncture combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of treating the fatigue caused by qi and blood deficiency cancer. |
