Objective: To explore the risk factors of cerebral vasospasm after intracranial aneurysm clipping, and collect clinical data to provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment of cerebral vasospasm caused by intracranial artery rupture. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2018,200 patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture and bleeding were treated by neurosurgery in our hospital as the research object.63 patients with cerebral vasospasm after operation were selected as the case group. The 137 patients with cerebral vasospasm were the control group. After collecting basic admission data, clinical manifestations, imaging examination data and laboratory examination data of the patients, the data of the two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed to explore the relationship between the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm and clinical data. Results: By comparing the clinical data of the two groups,it can be found that: univariate analysis, patients’ smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history, coronary heart disease history, imaging CT examination Fisher grade and preoperative Hunt-Hess grade,SAH frequency,Preoperative blood calcium levels and preoperative leukocyte levels were statistically different(P<0.05);multivariate regression analysis, smoking history, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, history of coronary heart disease, duration of aneurysm SAH surgery,Fisher grade,The number of SAH times, preoperative white blood cell levels, calcium antagonist intervention, and Hunt-Hess classification totaled 9 indicators.Analysis found that using calcium antagonists(OR=0.794)and controlling white blood cell levels in normal areas(OR =0.697)can prevent. To prevent the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm, the remaining relevant factors are its risk factors. Conclusion: By comparing the correlation between preoperative clinical data and the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm in the two groups of patients,it is possible to determine the risk factors after comprehensive evaluation of the patients;to obtain relevant data for the later treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture and bleeding,Active intervention and corresponding clinical treatment can effectively prevent and / or reduce the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm.
