Clinical Observation Of Wenfeizhiliu Dan In The Treatment Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis (Type Ⅰ) Of Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of Wenfeizhiliu Dan in the therapy of chronic rhinosinusitis(type I)of lung qi deficiency and cold type.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(type I)were randomly divided into test group and control group.The control group was therapeutic with basic nasal glucocorticoid(momethasone furoate nasal spray),and the experimental group was treated with Wenfei Zhiliu Dan on the basis treated.The medical information of the subjects was collected before treatment,and the total course of treatment was 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale((visual analogue scale,VAS)was used to make the symptom grade of sinusitis.Lund-Kennedy nasal endoscopic mucosal morphology score and Lund-Mackay sinus CT scan score were used for subjective and objective scale.The Lund-Mackay score,Lund-Kennedy score and VAS-sinusitis symptom grade of each patient were collected before and after therapy.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared by subjective and objective scale analysis.Result:After 4weeks of treatment,the L-K score of the test group was contrasts with that of the matched group.The L-K score of both groups decreased,and that of the test group decreased significantly.Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference(P < 0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the matched group.After 4 weeks of therapy,the scores of VAS-sinusitis symptom scale were contrasts between the test group and the control group.The score of VAS-sinusitis symptom scale decreased in both groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was 64.3%,while that of the matched group was 40.7%.The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the matched group.Conclusion:Through subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation of thepatient’s condition,the results were statistically analyzed.To confirm the clinical efficacy and reliability of Wenfei Zhiliu Dan in the therapy of chronic sinusitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type from two aspects of theory and clinical study.Especially in the improvement of nasal mucosa,it plays a significant role.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the effect of long-term treatment.
