| Objective:(1)To summarize the medical records of inpatients with herpes zoster and analyze the syndrome characteristics of different syndromes of Uygur medicine.(2)The influencing factors of Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)were analyzed to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,180 cases of Herpes zoster in the dermatology department of Xinjiang Uygur medical hospital were analyzed retrospectively.(1)General data(residence,gender,age,marital status,contact information)and clinical data(abnormal body fluid,length of stay,eating habits,predisposing factors,season of onset,characteristics of skin lesions,involved nerves,syndrome elements,blood routine test results)were collected and analyzed.(2)180 patients with Herpes zoster were followed up by telephone.One month was chosen as the time limit of PHN.180 subjects were divided into PHN group and non PHN group.The influencing factors of PHN were analyzed by statistical method.Results:(1)Among 180 subjects,99(55.0%)lived in Urumqi,52(28.9%)in South Xinjiang,29(16.1%)in North Xinjiang;more women than men,the ratio of men to women was 1:1.37;the average age of onset was 49.43,the minimum age was 14,the maximum age was 79,age<50:87 cases(48.3%),50-59 years old:35cases(19.4%),60-69 years old:40 cases(22.2%),age?70 years old:18 cases(10.0%);157 married patients(87.2%),23 unmarried patients(12.8%),mainly married patients;172 cases(95.6%)of abnormal body fluid quality were blue sapra,khan putrefaction 8 cases(4.4%),The main research object is blue sapra,The results were statistically significant(P<0.001);The average hospital stay was 13.18 days,the median hospital stay was 13 days,the longest was 34 days,the shortest was 4 days.The older the age group,the longer the hospitalization days(r=0.201),the correlation was statistically significant(P=0.007);82 cases(55.6%)without any personal hobbies,11 cases(6.1%)with fermented food hobby,5 cases(2.8%)with indigestible food habits,21 cases(11.7%)of spicy food habits,8cases(4.4%)with both fermented food and indigestible food habits,26 cases(14.4%)of spicy food and fermented food habits,5 cases(2.8%)of eating spicy food and indigestible food habits,At the same time,there were 22 cases(12.2%)of spicy food,fermented food and indigestible food hobbies;93cases(51.7%)had fatigue before onset,the highest proportion.57cases(31.7%)of diet problems before onset,19 cases(10.6%)had cold before onset,5 cases(2.8%)were caused by environmental factors before the onset,4 cases(2.2%)of HIV infection before onset,2 cases(1.1%)were infected with syphilis before onset;62 cases(34.4%)of spring onset,followed by 48 cases(26.7%)in spring,38 cases(21.1%)in autumn and 32 cases(17.8%)in summer;Comparison of pain and stiffness in three kinds of skin lesions,and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the three kinds of skin pain(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in stiffness rate(P>0.05).The multiple comparison results showed that the pain rate of papule and herpes was higher than that of macula,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the distribution difference of each nerve part was statistically significant(P<0.001),the results showed that the distribution ratio of intercostal nerve,lumbosacral nerve and brachial plexus nerve was higher than that of brain nerve and cervical plexus nerve,and the distribution ratio of herpes zoster of brachial plexus nerve was lower than that of intercostal nerve and lumbosacral nerve(P<0.001),and no statistical significance in the distribution proportion of other parts(P>0.05);there were 9 different pulse patterns in 180 patients with Herpes zoster,among which 5 pulse patterns such as fast pulse,fine pulse,hard pulse,thick pulse and wavy pulse were higher.The 10 most common signs were skin heat,yellow stool color,soft stool,thin tongue,dry skin,normal stool frequency,normal body temperature,smooth skin,yellow fundus and yellow tongue coating;In 180 cases of Herpes zoster patients,the blood routine test indexes were abnormal in different degrees.The indexes with abnormal rate>10%were Mono%,Lymph%,Neut%,EO%,WBC and Neut#;(2)The statistical results of the influencing factors of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)showed that the age and the abnormal rate of leukocyte number were related to PHN(P<0.05).The older the age was,the greater the risk of PHN was(or=38.242).The risk of PHN in patients with abnormal leukocyte number was 7.634 times higher than that in patients with normal leukocyte number(or=7.634);Conclution:1.The abnormal body fluid of herpes zoster is mainly blue sapra.2.The high frequency of pulse in patients with herpes zoster are fast pulse,fine pulse,hard pulse,thick pulse and wavy pulse.The 10 signs with the highest frequency are skin heat,yellow stool color,soft stool,fine tongue,dry skin,normal stool frequency,normal body temperature,smooth skin,yellow fundus and yellow tongue coating.3.There are statistical differences in the length of stay in different age groups of patients with herpes zoster.The older the age,the longer the length of stay in hospital.4.Herpes zoster is mainly distributed in intercostal nerve,lumbosacral nerve and brachial plexus nerve.5.The pain rate of papule and herpes was higher than that of macula.6.Age and the abnormal rate of leukocyte count are related to the onset of postherpetic neuralgia,which can be used as a risk factor for postherpetic neuralgia. |
