Objective:Tinnitus is one of the three major problems in otorhinolaryngology, and it is also a common and difficult disease in acupuncture. In this experiment,by comparing the therapeutic effect of cervical jiaji points combined with traditional acupoint selection and simple traditional acupoint selection, the mechanism and therapeutic effect of treating tinnitus from the perspective of neck were preliminarily discussed,so as to provide a new idea of acupoint selection and a more effective diagnosis and treatment scheme for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus. Methods:In this experiment,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were inceluded. The random number table method was adopted to divide the 60 patients included in the standard into a treatment group and a control group.According to the group, there were 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional acupoint selection combined with electroacupuncture. On tthe basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with needling Cervical Jiaji(C3-C6)with filiform needle once every other day, three times a week and and 12 times was a course of treatment, for a total of 2 courses. Before and after treatment, the data should be recorded and evaluated according to the tinnitus severity score,NPQ,TCD.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in gender, age and course of disease(P>0.05).2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in tinnitus severity score,NPQ and TCD between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and they were comparable.3.After 2 consecutive courses of treatnent, the total effective rate was 93.330h in the treatment group 80.00%in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.After two eourses of continuous treatment, there was a significant difference in ’tinnitus severity score between the two groups(P<0.05)and within the group(P<0.05).5.After two courses of continuous treatment, there was a significant difference in NPQ score between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in comparison within the two groups(P<0.05).6.After two courses of continuous treatment, the average flow velocity of vertebral artery between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and within the group was significantly different(P<0.05).The mean velocity of basilar artery between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and within the group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical jiaji points combined with traditional acupoint selection and traditional acupoint selection are effective in the treatment of tinnitus. The therapeutic effect of cervical jiaji points combined with traditional acupoint selection is better than that of simple traditional acupoint selection, and cervical jiaji points combined with traditional acupoint selection can better improve the symptoms of neck pain and improve the average flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery.
