Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on cervical-Jiaji-point and ear-three-needles on nerve tinnitus, and to provide an effective clinical basis for the treatment of nerve tinnitus. Methods:Qualified 66 patients with neurological tinnitus were divided into two groups by randomized controls, each group had 33 patients.Among them, the treatment group’s treatment plan is cervical-Jiaji-point(C36)combined with ear three needles (hearing palace, hearing meeting, finish bone),the control group’s treatment plan is traditional acupuncture treatment, take points:ear door, hearing palace, hearing meeting,Yifeng.Acupuncture once a day, half an hour after getting qi,5 days a week, two weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. Both groups were evaluated by tinnitus disability scale and tinnitus severity scale before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS25.0 to compare the differences between groups and groups before and after treatment. Finally, the clinical efficacy was evaluated and analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Baseline data comparison:There were no general and baseline differences between neurotinnitus patients before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparable outcomes between the two groups.2.Comparison of tinnitus severity score and grade distribution:compared before and after treatment, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Between the two groups, the tinnitus severity score and grade distribution improved significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Scale comparison of tinnitus disability scale:before and after treatment in the two groups, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The tinnitus disability score was significantly less than the control group and was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Overall efficacy comparison:the overall efficiency of the treatment group was78.13%and the overall efficiency of the control group was 64.52%.The efficacy difference between the two groups was analyzed and had statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the needle neck joint combined with ear three needle had better effect on nerve tinnitus. Conclusion:acupuncture on neck-jiaji-point combined with ear-three-needle and traditional acupuncture can effectively reduce the tinnitus of the severity and reduce the disability of tinnitus, but the acupuncture neck sandwich acupoint combined with ear-three-needle is better in the clinical treatment of nerve tinnitus.
