A Part Of Research On The Inheritance Of Wumen Doctors’ Academic Thought And Medication Law In The Treatment Of Heart Failure

Objective:To study the academic thoughts and medication rules of the representative physicians in Wumen Qing Dynasty and modern times in the treatment of chronic heart failure,to sort out and analyze the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure by cardiologists in Suzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and to compare and summarize the inheritance and development of the two in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Method:The medical records related to the center failure in the clinical guide medical case,the uncut Ye’s medical case,the Zhang Yuqing medical case and the Xi Fenglin medical treatise written by Ye Gui,Zhang naixiu and Xi Fenglin,the representative doctors of Wumen,as well as the clinical medical records of the cardiologists in Suzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart failure from 2010 to 2019 were selected,and the data were entered and transported through the Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)Using frequency statistics,association rule analysis,entropy hierarchical clustering analysis and other mature data mining technology,analyze and summarize the inheritance and development of the two in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Results:According to the statistics of 112 traditional Chinese medicines in the medical records of Wumen medical school,it is concluded that the top five drug frequencies are Poria cocos,Guizhi,Schisandra,ginseng and liquorice;the top three of the four Qi are warm,flat and cold;the top three of the five flavors are sweet,bitter and pungent;the top three are lung,spleen and heart meridian;the common drug pairs represented by Alisma and poria cocos are 9;the nucleus represented by Schisandra,Poria cocos,Ophiopogon japonicus and Radix Pseudostellariae.There are 16 heart combinations and 8 new prescriptions.According to the statistics of 147 traditional Chinese medicines in the prescriptions of Cardiology experts in Suzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that the top five drug frequencies are Astragalus membranaceus,Alisma orientalis,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos;the top three of the four Qi are warm,cold and flat;the top three of the five flavors are sweet,bitter and pungent;the top three are spleen,lung and liver meridians;22 commonly used drugs are represented by Fangji and Astragalus membranaceus;the top five drugs are Zelan,wax gourd skin,Amomum villosum There are 8 core combinations represented by corn and 4 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the prescriptions for the treatment of heart failure by the doctors in Wumen and the cardiologists in Suzhou hospital,it is concluded that the two have the same lineage in the treatment of chronic heart failure,that is,they jointly advocate that the heart failure is based on "heart qi deficiency"and runs through the heart failure.It pays attention to the treatment principles of "strengthening vital energy and removing pathogenic factors" and"treating the heart and spleen together",which is longer than the treatment methods of"Invigorating Qi and strengthening the heart","Warming Yang and benefiting water",and more has the idea of "combining cold with warm",which inherits the "lightness,clearness,flexibility and dexterity" of Wumen doctors.In addition,both of them have their own emphases on drugs other than the basic treatment.Wumen doctors pay attention to the addition of Qi Yin double tonic drugs;Suzhou the cardiologists of the hospital pay attention to the selection of drugs for regulating qi and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
