Clinical Observation Of Rapid Acupuncture Combine With Cupping In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis(Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the treatment of infantile enuresis(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)by rapid acupuncture and cupping therapy with that by conventional acupuncture,and to compare the differences between the two methods.Through statistical data analysis,we can conclude whether the treatment of this disease by rapid acupuncture and cupping therapy has advantages over traditional acupuncture therapy.To explore the mechanism of fast acupuncture in the treatment of this disease.Methods: 72 cases of children who met the inclusion criteria were collected,including those who fell off or were removed,32 cases in the treatment group with quick acupuncture and cupping,28 cases in the control group with routine acupuncture.Before treatment,the TCM Syndromes of each child were scored respectively,including the main symptom score and the secondary symptom score.After 4 courses of treatment,the scores were scored again,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Conclusion is drawn from the comparison of clinical effect.Results: The basic data(gender,age,duration of disease,main symptom score,secondary symptom score)of the children before treatment were compared and analyzed,there was no significant difference,which was comparable.After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after the integration of TCM syndromes.In the treatment group,4 cases were ineffective,8cases were effective,12 cases were effective,8 cases were cured,the total effective rate was 87.5%.In the control group,8 cases were ineffective,9 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,3 cases were cured,the total effective rate was 71.43%.After rank sum test,P = 0.037 < 0.05,there were significant differences,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: This study has proved that rapid acupuncture combined with cupping has a better effect on infantile enuresis(spleen kidney deficiency type),and the effect is higher than that of routine acupuncture.The treatment is simple,safe and effective.
