Clinical Observation Of Sangyu Zhiyi Plaster Combined With Suoquan Pill In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Of Spleen Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sangyu Zhiyi plaster combined with Suoquan pill and Chinese patent medicine Suoquan Pill on infantile enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency type,including the improvement of TCM main symptoms and some secondary symptoms and bladder capacity,and to explore the superiority and effectiveness of Sangyu Zhiyi plaster combined with Suoquan pill in the treatment of infantile enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency type.Methods:76 children with enuresis(spleen kidney deficiency type)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The treatment group was treated with Sangyu Zhiyi plaster combined with Suoquan pill,while the control group was treated with Suoquan pill.After 4weeks of treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and bladder volume were recorded before and after treatment,Spss26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results,so as to elaborate the effectiveness of Sangyu Zhiyi plaster combined with Suoquan pill in the treatment of infantile enuresis of spleen and kidney deficiency type,and the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine patch combined with Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of this disease.The two groups were followed up for 4 weeks after stopping treatment,and the recurrence was observed after follow-up.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was89.47%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.05%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome comparison: after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in nocturnal enuresis frequency,nocturnal enuresis volume,sleep depth,mental fatigue and appetite between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective in improving the above symptoms,and there was no statistically significant difference in the score of urination frequency and face color(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were more effective in the treatment of urination frequency and face color The curative effect is similar in color.3.Comparison of bladder capacity: after treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,both groups could improve the bladder capacity of children.After treatment,the two groups were compared between the two groups,P=0.015<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had better effect in improving the bladder capacity.4.Comparison of long-term efficacy: the two groups were followed up for 4 weeks and 1 month after the treatment.It can be seen that there was 1case of recurrence in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 25%,and that of the control group was 100%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.4>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sangyu Zhiyi plaster combined with Suoquan pill is clinically effective in the treatment of infantile enuresis,and it is better than Suoquan pill,which is a single oral Chinese patent medicine.2.Sangyu Zhiyi paste combined with Suoquan pill can effectively reduce the frequency of nocturnal enuresis,reduce the amount of nocturnal enuresis,improve sleep depth,and improve appetite,fatigue and bladder capacity.
