Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Senile Lumbar Disc Herniation By Catheter Injection Through Sacral Hiatus

Objective:For the elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation,choose sacral hiatus through the tube injection treatment,to observe their clinical symptoms before and after treatment,based on this,the value of promotion,safety and clinical efficacy of the minimally invasive therapy were objectively evaluated.Methods:A total of 76 patients who were treated in the Pain Department of the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected at random and treated with drug injection via sacral hiatus,their clinical symptoms and pain improvement before and after treatment were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The data of 74 patients were analyzed.1 on the basis of statistical experimental results,the visual analogue scale(Vas)of pain was used to make an objective evaluation: 1 day,30 days,90 days and 180 days were selected as the time points,and the VAS scores were compared before and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the pre-treatment score and the corresponding time node score(p<0.05).2 for the result of the experiment,the improved treatment effect was selected and evaluated: the total effective rate was 71.62%,85.14% in 30 days,89.19%in 90 days,and 93.24% in 180 days,the overall effective rate was compared 1 day after operation with 30,90 and 180 days after operation,and the result was statistically significant(p<0.05).The excellent and good rate was 62.17% and 64.87% after 30 days of treatment,after 180 days,it rose to 67.57%,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion: For the elderly patients with Lumbar disc herniation,the choice of sacral hiatus through the tube injection treatment,has a significant long-term effect,less trauma,good safety and many other advantages,can improve the quality of life of patients,it has the clinical promotion value.
