The aging problem of the population is becoming increasingly prominent,further expanding the size of the elderly and various patient groups,and the elderly are difficult to take care of their normal life and lack of material and mental care for a long time.Nowadays,young people are under great pressure to work and spend less time with the elderly.It is difficult to take care of some elderly people who are hard to take care of themselves.If only rely on medical care workers resources,it is difficult to meet the huge demand,and the cost problem and the uneven distribution of resources is also difficult to solve.The work pressure of medical staff is also great.Facing the high flow of patients,it is difficult to monitor every patient carefully and thoughtfully.Aiming at the health monitoring and nursing problems of paralyzed or long-term bedridden elderly,this paper developed a health monitoring system for physiological parameters of nursing service robot based on family care mode.This paper describes the design and implementation of the hardware platform and software platform of the physiological parameters health monitoring system of the nursing bed.The hardware platform of the monitoring system is built by PC,webcam,portable multi physiological parameter monitor and nursing bed.The system uses multi physiological parameter monitor to collect the important physiological parameter data such as ECG,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,body temperature,blood sugar,etc.The system uses the nursing bed developed in the laboratory to carry out the left and right turning,back lifting,leg bending and intelligent stool care for the patients.The system uses the webcam to realize the audio-video interaction with the patients.The software platform of the monitoring system is designed and developed by using java language and C#language through instant messaging,WPF,database management and other technologies.The remote data transmission method suitable for the monitoring system is customized.From three aspects of database design,server-side design and client-side design,physiological parameters monitoring,audio-video interaction,remote nursing,physiological parameters and use are realized User data management and other functions.Physiological parameters health monitoring system adopts multi role monitoring mode.Patients can be monitored by family members,nurses and doctors at the same time.It has different functional interfaces corresponding to three user roles.Features:I)the system integrates multi physiological parameter monitoring,audio communication and video monitoring,and combines the comprehensive nursing function of nursing bed,so that the system has the ability of "monitoring" and "nursing".2)The system has a multi-user monitoring mode.Patients can achieve different natures of family members,nurses and doctors,and improve the level of monitoring.3)The system designed a user-defined real-time data remote transmission method and common encapsulation interface,which realized data transmission security and different development platforms to expand and share the system.
