With the aging of our society,the number of elderly people is gradually rising,and the number of elderly people with chronic diseases is also gradually increasing.However,with the accelerated pace of modern life,young people are under great pressure to work and have little time to accompany the elderly,so it is difficult to spend time and energy to take care of the elderly who cannot take care of themselves.Moreover,medical resources are not evenly distributed,with differences between east and west,urban and rural areas.When faced with numerous patients,it is difficult for medical staff to take careful care of each patient in a place with a shortage of medical resources,which affects the recovery of patients.The popularity of We Chat is very high,and We Chat applet is based on We Chat,users can use without downloading,installation,easy to use and easy to promote.Therefore,aiming at the health care problem of the elderly patients who are paralyzed or bedridden for a long time,this paper develops a remote nursing system based on We Chat applet,and gives the detailed design and implementation of the system.Firstly,the hardware,software platform and related software technology of nursing system development are analyzed.The hardware platform includes multifunctional nursing bed,cloud camera and physiological parameter monitor,which mainly realizes nursing actions such as lifting and lowering the backrest,audio and video services,and physiological parameter health monitoring.Software platforms are divided into front-end and back-end.The back-end is mainly based on Spring Boot framework,To realize the back-end development,the My SQL database,Rabbit MQ message queue,Redis cache and other technologies are introduced.The front-end is mainly based on MINA framework,and Echarts visualization component and other technologies are introduced to realize the front-end development of We Chat applet.Secondly,the nursing system demand is analyzed,and the nursing system software system architecture is given.(1)Analyze user requirements and design user roles,as well as the functions each role should have.(2)Analyze non-functional requirements such as security and reliability of the nursing system to provide support for comprehensive consideration of the software system design.(3)The feasibility of the nursing system is analyzed from the perspective of hardware and software technology.(4)The software system architecture is designed,which is divided into user interface layer,business logic layer and data access layer,and the working principle of the system implementation is given.Thirdly,the detailed design of the nursing system is completed.(1)Completed the design of the database.By giving the E-R model diagram of the nursing system,the entity of the database table,the entity attribute and the relationship between entities are established.With the help of My SQL database,the structure design of the database table is completed.(2)Completed the design of the back-end server.Rabbit MQ message queue is used to realize real-time transmission of nursing bed control instruction and physiological data.The audio and video service are realized by using cloud camera,and the access token of cloud camera is stored by cache.Spring Boot framework is used to build back-end software system,API interface is designed for front-end call,and JSON format data is returned to realize interaction.(3)Completed the design and implementation of the client.Using C# language,the bedside system is developed to act as the upper computer.Combining Bluetooth and serial port to communicate with physiological parameter monitor and multifunctional nursing bed.Developed We Chat applet client,use HTTPS+Web Socket to communicate with backend server;Developed background management system to realize the management of medical staff and equipment.Finally,the operation of the nursing system is verified.(1)The performance of back-end server is tested.Under the given back-end server hardware configuration and software operating environment,the specific performance of control instruction and physiological parameter in message queue transmission is tested.(2)The operation test of the client,including We Chat applet,bedside client and background management system.Remote nursing system nursing bed remote control,audio and video service,physiological parameter monitoring,background information management and other functions can operate normally,basically meet the design requirements.
