| Objective:Through the study of the clinical experience of pregnant women with recurrent miscarriage and thrombophilia,we explore the therapeutic effect of Shoutai Wan and Danggui Powder combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of this disease,so as to better apply it to the clinic.Method:Screening of pregnant patients with recurrent miscarriage who were diagnosed and treated in Huayuanshan Gynecology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019,and included clinical data that meet the criteria.There are 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group,of which the treatment group is given the traditional Chinese medicine Shoutai Wan and Danggui Powder and low molecular weight heparin,and the control group is given low molecular weight heparin treatment.The main clinical observation of the two groups is observed.DD,thromboelastography,platelet aggregation rate,uterine artery color Doppler ultrasound PI and RI changes before and after medication.Results:1.Comparing the age,number of miscarriages and days of miscarriage between the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.2.Analysis of TCM syndrome scores: The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment(P<0.05)are significantly different and have statistical significance,and the comparison between the two groups of patients before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05),All improved,and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Analysis of laboratory indicators: Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups of patients in APTT,FIB,D-D,platelet aggregation rate,and thrombus elasticity chart data analysis,and there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Except for the K value and αangle before and after treatment in the control group,the laboratory indicators of the patients in the group were not significantly different(P>0.05),and other indicators were better than before treatment(P<0.05);4.Examination index analysis: PI and RI comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment.There is no significant difference between the two groups after data analysis,no statistical significance(P>0.05),and they are comparable.After treatment,the PI and RI indexes of the 2 groups of patients decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).5.Analysis of the success rate of fetal protection: The success rate of pregnancy protection between the two groups after treatment is different,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Shoutai Wan and Danggui Powder combined with low-molecular-weight heparin are effective in treating recurrent miscarriage caused by thrombophilia,which is superior to low-molecular-weight heparin monotherapy.The former can significantly improve the abnormalities of APTT,FIB,D-D,thromboelastography,platelet aggregation rate,uterine artery color Doppler ultrasound and RI,and the success rate of fetal preservation is higher than that of low molecular weight heparin monotherapy,indicating that Shoutai pill and Danggui powder combined with low molecular weight heparin It has clinical significance for recurrent miscarriage caused by thrombophilia. |
