Objectives1.Investigation into the present situation of the embedding of nurses 'work in taizhou county hospitals.2.Differences in work embedding of nurses from Taizhou county hospitals with different background information.3.Investigation into the status of psychological authorization of nurses in Taizhou county hospitals.4.Differences in psychological authorization of nurses from Taizhou county hospitals with different background information.5.To explore the correlation between the work embedding of nurses and psychological authorization in Taizhou county hospitals.6.Discuss the countermeasures to improve the work embedding and psychological authorization of county-level hospital nurses are proposed.MethodA multi-stage,convenient sampling method was used to investigate 387 nurses from 3 county-level hospitals in Taizhou city,Jiangsu province,using general data questionnaire,job embedding scale and nurse psychological authorization scale.Results1.The score of nurses' work embedding in Taizhou county hospitals was(3.47±0.81)points,which was at a medium level.The scores of nurses' work embedding from the highest to the lowest were:organizational emotion,community harmony,organizational matching,and professional sacrifice.2.The number of nurses' work embedded in different nursing age,position,department and night shift was statistically significant(P<0.05).Have worked for more than 20 years,the position of head nurse,the work in the department of gynaecology,the number of monthly night shift less nurses embedded higher level.3.There was no statistical difference in nurses' job embedding level among different age,professional title,educational background,monthly income,hospital dual workers,different employment forms,children or not,and different marital status(P>0.05).4.The average psychological authorization score of nurses in Taizhou county hospital was(3.59±0.75)points,which was in the middle level.The scores of each dimension from high to bottom were:work significance,autonomy,work influence and work efficiency.5.The psychological authorization level of nurses with different nursing age,age,position,professional title,monthly income and number of night shift was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological authorization level of nurses that are aged?45 years old,have worked for more than 20 years,have fewer night shifts,have high income,and work as deputy head nurse or head nurse,associate chief nurse is higher(P<0.05).6.There was no statistical difference in the level of psychological authorization of nurses in different educational backgrounds,whether they were dual-career hospital workers,different forms of employment,whether they had children,different marital status and different departments(P>0.05).7.There was a significant positive correlation between the work embedding of nurses and all dimensions of psychological authorization.In the dimension of psychological authorization,self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on work embedding(B=1.700,P<0.01).Autonomy has a significant positive effect on the job embedding(B=1.311,P<0.01).The significance of work has a significant positive effect on work embedding(B=1.106,P<0.01).Conclusions1.The nurse work embedding level in Taizhou county hospitals is at a medium level and needs to be strengthened.In each dimension,the organization score is the highest and the professional sacrifice were the lowest.2.The number of working years,positions,departments and night shifts are the main factors affecting the nurses' work.3.The psychological authorization level of nurses in Taizhou county hospitals is at a medium level,which needs to be strengthened.The score of each dimension is the highest in work meaning and the lowest in work efficiency.4.Age,nursing age,position,professional title and monthly income are the main factors affecting the psychological authorization level of nurses.5.There was a significant positive correlation between psychological authorization and job embedding among nurses in county-level hospitals.Improving the level of psychological authorization is conducive to improving the work embedding level of nurses in county-level hospitals.
