| Objective:By observed and analyzed the factors that may affect the efficacy of radioactive iodine treatment(RIT),in order to find out the predictive factors of RIT outcome and provide reference for future RIT.Methods:The study subjects were 245 patients with RIT in Yi Ji Shan Hospital, and all met the GD diagnostic criteria. The number of treatments, gender, age, course of disease, use antithyroid drugs(ATD)or not,24-hour iodine uptake rate,Thyroid weight,131I dose,TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb,blood cell index, and liver function were collected, and Test FT3,FT4,TSH in the clinic at 1,3,6,9,12,15 and 18 months after treatment.Evaluated the treatment effect, and then analyzed the relationship between each factor and the effect through statistical analysis(including univariate analysis and multi-factors analysis).Results:1.Efficacy analysis:The cure rate of 245 patients was 85.7%(curing rate+incidence of hypothyroidism),the incidence of hypothyroidism was 70.2%,and the total effective rate was 95.5%.2.univariate analysis found that the cure rate of the male group was lower than that of the female group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of hypothyroidism between the two groups(P>0.05);use antithyroid drugs(ATD)or not,The course of disease, the 24-hour iodine uptake rate and the thyroid weight were correlated with the cure rate and hypothyroidism after RIT(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in age,131I dose,TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb,blood cell index, and liver function in the cure rate and incidence of hypothyroidism after RIT(P>0.05).3.multi-factors analysis found that Female patients with long course and high iodine absorption rate have higher cure rate,Patients with secondary treatment and a longer course have a higher incidence of hypothyroidism. Conclusion:The Curative effect of RIT in female patients is better than that in male patients,Patients with a history of taking ATD,a long course of disease, higher 24-hour iodine uptake rate and thyroid weight should be given more doses as appropriate,But at the same time, the incidence of hypothyroidism will also increase, and more attention should be paid to the development of treatment plans. |
