| ObjectiveThrough the "Internet + Continuing Nursing Platform",a 8 chemotherapy cycles intervention was performed for breast cancer chemotherapy patients, and the effect of intervention on anxiety and depression,self-efficacy and quality of life was evaluated. The aim is to achieve the full management of breast cancer chemotherapy patients from the hospital to the family, with a view to improving the physical and mental health of breast cancer chemotherapy patients, improving their self-management level, and ultimately achieving the purpose of improving their quality of life.MethodsThis study is an experimental study.During January to December 2019,the researchers selected 140 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy who met the inclusion criteria in two wards of the breast cancer chemotherapy department of a tertiary A tumor hospital in Hunan Province. The two diseases were randomly divided into a control group(n = 70)and an intervention group(n = 70)by a lottery. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the follow-up period of chemotherapy was followed by telephone and health education once a week. The intervention group received regular nursing care and implemented the intervention of a total of 8 chemotherapy cycles for 4 months through the Internet + continuous care platform.Interventions are mainly based on the establishment of health files,Internet health education, and online interaction.Using the General Information Questionnaire, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),the Chinese version of the Cancer Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Breast Cancer Quality of Life Scale(FACT-B),a baseline survey was conducted before the intervention(T0),and after the end of chemotherapy(T1)and 3 months(T2)after the intervention.Outcome indicators included anxiety,depression,self-efficacy,and quality of life. The results were obtained by statistical analysis of the outcome evaluation indicators of T0,T1,and T2.Results analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 22.0,with a test level of α = 0.05,all general demographic characteristics of the study subjects, independent data t test for measurement data, and chi-square test for count data;repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare the two groups before and after intervention 3 Outcome indicators at time points(T0,T1,T2).Results1.Baseline survey results show that there is no statistics on the general data of the two groups of patients: age, marital status, education, work status, place of residence, monthly family income, payment method, pathological staging, treatment method, and family genetic history. The difference(P> 0.05)was comparable.Hospital anxiety and depression scale score: 35.32 ± 3.18 points in the control group,34.76 ± 2.54 points in the intervention group;self-efficacy scale scores: 67.50 ± 7.55 points in the control group,65.77 ± 11.79 points in the intervention group, quality of life score: control The score was 69.11 ± 9.48 in the group and 67.00 ± 8.62 in the intervention group. There was no significant difference in anxiety,depression,self-efficacy,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P> 0.05),and they were comparable. There were no differences in anxiety and depression,self-efficacy,and quality of life scores between the two groups compared with the norm.2.The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that compared with the control group, the self-efficacy intervention main effect and time main effect were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the intervention main effect and time main effect were interactive(P < 0.05).),The self-efficacy score of the intervention group at the end of chemotherapy(T1)and 3 months after the intervention(T2)has significantly improved. In terms of quality of life: the T1 score of the intervention group was 81.00 ± 9.33,the T2 score was 84.39 ± 8.54,the T1 score of the control group was 72.11 ± 8.85,and the T2 score was 71.58 ± 7.88.There was a statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the intervention group and the control group(P <0.05)There was an interaction between the intervention main effect and the time main effect in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions1.In this study, the baseline levels of anxiety,depression,self-efficacy,and quality of life of breast cancer chemotherapy patients were not different from the domestic norms.2.Intervention based on Internet + continuous care platform can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy during chemotherapy.3.This study verifies that the intervention of breast cancer chemotherapy patients via the Internet + continuous care platform has certain practicability and reliability, and can provide a basis for future health guidance for the effect of hospital-home rehabilitation for patients with other cancer types. |
