Construction Of Quality Evaluation Index System Of "internet + Nursing Service" Based On Quality Three-dimensional Theory

Purposes The purpose of this study is to build a quality evaluation index system of "Internet + Nursing Service" that is suitable for China’s national conditions and set the weights of indicators at all levels based on the theory of quality three loops,to provide a basis for the quality eval uation and monitoring of "Internet + Nursing Service" in China.Stan dardize and guide the healthy development of "Internet + Nursing Services" in China.Method By Donabedian puts forward "structure-process-result" as theoretical framework,through the consult,review and analysis of a large number of related literature at home and abroad and interviews,and draw lessons from the domestic advanced areas of related system,policy,method,by the research group jointly determine the preliminary plan based on the theory of quality three-ring build "Internet + nursing service quality evaluation index system;The first and second round of questionnaires used Delphi method to select indicators.The third round of questionnaires used the expert importance weighted method to determine the weight of indicators.Data collection and statistical analysis using Excel2003 and SPSS21.0 software.Result(1)The three times of expert positive coefficients were 92%,100%,and 100%,the expert authority coefficients(Cr)were 0.870,0.870,and0.877,the coefficients of variation were 0.06 ~ 0.24,0 ~ 0.19,0 ~ 0.22,and Kendall’s W coefficients were respectively Are 0.101,0.105 and0.119.(2)According to the criteria for index selection,after comprehensive expert opinions,after the first round of consultation,2 indexes were deleted,12 indexes were added,and 14 were revised.In the second round,one indicator was deleted,two indicators were modified,and one third-level indicator was added.In the third round,no indicators were deleted,modified,or added.Finally,three first-level indicators,19second-level indicators,and 176 third-level indicators were formed.Index "Internet + Nursing Service" service quality evaluation index system.(3)Formation of the index system,this study weight from high to low in turn for: process quality(W = 0.3385),structure,quality(W = 0.3333),the quality weight coefficient(W = 0.3281),structure,process,result quality index weight are "A6 to come home care related Internet system"(W = 0.0552),"B3 hand hygiene and disinfection technology"(W =0.0555),"C1 patients"(W = 0.0535).Conclusion Based on the three-ring quality theory,the quality evaluation indexsystem of "Internet + nursing service" was constructed with a wide coverage.Finally,the quality evaluation index system of "Internet +nursing service" was constructed with 3 first-level indicators,19second-level indicators and 176 third-level indicators.The research method is scientific and feasible,with a high concentration of expert opinions and a strong reliability of the results,which provides a basis for medical institutions to establish the quality evaluation standard of "Internet + nursing service" and standardize the behavior of "Internet +nursing service" to ensure the quality of Internet nursing service.
