Objective:To explore the clinical application of double eyelid operation with small incision and one needle and two sections of embedded suture in swollen eyes, and to provide objective basis for choosing the best operation method for the beautiful. Methods:Through retrospective analysis, this subject summarizes the comparison between the double eyelid surgery with small incision, one needle and two segments embedded suture method and the traditional incision method between our department and Hemei plastic outpatient department from December2018 to June 2019.There are 30 patients in each group, all aged between 19 and31 years old. There is no statistical difference. All contraindications are excluded and personnel meeting statistical requirements are selected.Statistical Analysis For those seeking beauty for swollen blepharoplasty, the double eyelid operation with small incision, one needle and two-stage embedded suture method and the traditional incision method were compared.Through 1 month,3 months,6months follow-up,statistical analysis of the following indicators: 1,intraoperative requirements: intraoperative time, intraoperative blood loss;2,postoperative complications: congestion swelling recovery time, postoperative scar degree;3.Postoperative satisfaction: bilateral symmetry, smoothness of double eyelid lines, shallowness or disappearance of double eyelid lines, degree of upper eyelid groove, and "step feeling" of upper and lower lips of incision, etc.By comparing various data of statistical indexes, whether there is statistical difference isanalyzed, and the pros and cons of the two surgical methods are judged,so as to provide objective basis for the beauty to choose the required surgical method.Results:1,by adopting improved small incision a two-part embedded wire method, double eyelid operation(hereinafter referred to as improved group)and the traditional routine dissection type(normal group)operation time comparison, the conventional group(1.02 + 0.04)h,improved group(0.66 + 0.02)h,statistical analysis of p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, improved operation can shorten operation time more.2.In terms of intraoperative blood loss, the average blood loss in the improved group was(0.76±0.01)h,and that in the conventional group was(0.97±0.03)h,and the statistical analysis was p < 0.05,indicating that the improved group was significantly better than the conventional incision group, with less blood loss than the conventional group.3.In terms of the incidence rate of bruise swelling after operation,9 cases of swelling did not completely subside at 3 months after operation in the traditional conventional incision operation group,21 cases basically recovered, and the incidence rate of swelling was 30%;In the improved group, only 1 case had slight swelling, and the other 29 cases recovered well, with a swelling incidence of 3%.chi-square test was used to compare the two data,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.In terms of postoperative scars,at 3 months, there were 3 cases of severe scars in the conventional group,21 cases of moderate scars,0 cases of severe scars in the modified group, and 2 cases of moderate scars.Chi-square test was used to compare the two data,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.By 6 months, there was little difference after the recovery.5.Postoperative satisfaction evaluation: in the traditional group, there was 1case of inconsistent double-focusing eyelid line,1 case of non-smooth line,2cases of obvious sense of upper and lower incision steps,1 case of shallow line, and the satisfaction rate was 83%;In the improved group, there was 1 case withshallow double eyelid line and 1 case with insufficient smooth bifurcation at the end of the eye.The satisfaction rate was 93%.After chi-square test, the data of the two groups showed p >0.05,with no significant difference. It could be seen that there was no significant difference between the two groups in satisfaction degree of postoperative effect, and the effect was the same. Conclusion: The double eyelid operation with small incision and one needle and two segments embedded suture has obvious advantages over the traditional incision in terms of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative swelling recovery time, postoperative scar degree, etc. It has the same effect in terms of postoperative satisfaction degree such as binocular symmetry, smoothness of double eyelid lines, shallowness or disappearance of double eyelid lines, upper eyelid groove degree, upper and lower lip "step feeling" of incision, etc. Therefore,it can be a recommended operation scheme for the sake of beauty.
