Clinical Study Of Tonifying Liver And Kidney Prescription Combined With Dopa Filar Hydrazine Tablet In The Treatment Of Ankylosis Hypokinetic Parkinson’s Disease

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of tonifying liver-kidney prescription combined with dopa filar hydrazine in the treatment of ankylosis hypokinetic Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods: From January 2018 to November 2019,90 patients with ankylosis PD(liver and kidney insufficiency syndrome)who visited the outpatient department of the department of encephalopathy and the department of geriatrics and were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with dopa filar hydrazine tablets alone,and the treatment group was treated with tonic formula for liver and kidney on the basis of the control group,with a course of 12 weeks.Compare two groups of patients before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome score,unified Parkinson disease rating scale(UPDRS)the UPDRS Ⅱ,UPDRS Ⅲ two parts,Parkinson’s disease quality of life scale(PDQ-39)score,modified Hoehn-grade of Yahr(H-Y)changes and interleukin-1β(i L-1β),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)level content changes.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups:after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced,and the degree of reduction was more obvious in the treatment group than inthe control group,with statistically significant differences(P< 0.05);(2)Two groups of patients in the UPDRS,UPDRSⅢ score comparison: two groups of patients after treatment UPDRSⅡ,UPDRSⅢ rating scores reduced to some extent,but the treatment group UPDRS Ⅱ,UPDRS Ⅲ score reduced more significantly than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of improved h-y classification between the two groups: after treatment,the h-y classification of the two groups decreased,but the decrease was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);(4)Comparison of PDQ-39 scores in the two groups: after treatment,PDQ-39 scores in the two groups were decreased to different degrees,but the reduction was more significant in the treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);(5)Comparison of serum i L-1β and TNF-α serum levels in the two groups: after treatment,serum i L-1β and TNF-α serum levels in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);(6)Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients: compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment is 85.71%,significantly higher than the control group of 69.05%,the difference has statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Tonifying liver-kidney prescription combined with dopa fibroid tablet has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with ankylosing hypokinetic PD(liver-kidney insufficiency syndrome),which can significantly improve the patients’ motor function and improve their quality of life.Serum levels of i L-1β and TNF-α were also decreased.
