ObjectiveThrough the observation of the effect of different blood glucose monitoring methods in children with type 1 diabetes(T1DM),find a long-term,safe and effective method for monitoring blood sugar for children with type 1 diabetes,so that the children’s blood sugar is relatively stable and reduce the children’s low The incidence of blood sugar, timely adjustment of insulin dosage, reduce the pain of children, and then improve treatment compliance,to delay or prevent the occurrence of complications, improve the quality of life of children, provide a basis for clinical promotion and use.MethodsA clinical case-control study was used to select 60 children with type 1 diabetes who were diagnosed in the endocrinology department of Dalian Children’s Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,and were divided into continuous insulin pump injections(CSII)group(group A)according to their different insulin injection methods.and multiple subcutaneous insulin(MDI)group(group B),30 cases in each group, and then divided into flash glucose monitoring system(FGMS)group(group A1 and group B1)according to different blood glucose monitoring methods and selfmonitoring blood glucose(SMBG)group(group A2 and group B2),15 cases in each group.By monitoring the blood glucose status of the child at 3 months, the following evaluation criteria are formulated:(1)the number of high blood sugar and low blood sugar in the child at the same time(before three meals, before bedtime);(2)glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c);(3)The detection rate of hypoglycemia in children within 14 daysResultsExcluding irregular follow-up and incomplete data,a total of 51 children with type1 diabetes were included in the group. There was no difference in the gender, age, frequency of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, and glycosylated hemoglobin in the 3months before enrollment.Learn meaning.(1)Insulin injection method is the same and blood glucose monitoring method is di fferent: In the group A patients using CSII,there is no statistically significant differencein the number of high blood sugar and low blood sugar in the A1 and A2 groups within3 months(P>0.05);The glycated hemoglobin in group A1 was lower than that in group A2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of hypoglyce mia in group A1 within 14 days was higher than that in group A2,the difference was sta tistically significant(P<0.05).Among the children in group B using MDI,there was no statistically significant difference between the frequency of hyperglycemia and hypogly cemia in the B1 and B2 groups within 3 months(P>0.05);the detection rate of hypoglyc emia was higher in the B1 group within 14 days The difference in group B2 was statistic ally significant(P<0.05);the glycated hemoglobin in group B1 was lower than that in gr oup B2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The blood glucose monitoring method is the same, and the insulin injection met hod is different: the children in the A1 and B1 groups,A2 and B2 groups have no signifi cant differences in the number of high and low blood sugars within 3 months and the det ection rate of hypoglycemia in 14 days Academic significance(P>0.05);There was no s ignificant difference in glycated hemoglobin between A1 and B1 groups,A2 and B2 gro ups(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)Both FGMS and SMBG blood glucose monitoring methods can monitor blood glucose fluctuations in children with type 1 diabetes,of which FGMS can dynamically reflect blood glucose changes in real time and find blood glucose fluctuations in a more timely, safe and effective manner, especially asymptomatic hypoglycemia,Low blood sugar at night and high blood sugar after meals provide a basis for adjusting the insulin program, and can reduce the pain of children and improve treatment compliance.(2)Both CSII and MDI have a certain effect on the control of blood glucose in diabetic children. If CSII and FGMS are used in combination,it can not only better simulate human insulin secretion, control blood glucose in a safe and effective manner, but also reduce multiple subcutaneous injection bands. The pain comes to further improve the treatment compliance of the children, and it is worth promoting and using in clinical work.
