Objective: To compare the consistency and correlation of blood glucose values and the experience of blood glucose monitoring between FGMS and SMBG in diabetes patients treated with insulin,and to explore the numerical characteristics of FGMS.Methods: 118 diabetes patients in a third-class hospital in Shenyang were selected,and a flash glucose monitoring system was installed on one side of the limb of all patients to monitor the intertissue fluid blood glucose,At the same time,used traditional portable blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose in capillaries as self-control on both sides of the limbs by rotation.The morning fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were recorded within 3 minutes before and after the two blood glucose monitoring methods during hospitalization.The numerical consistency of the two blood glucose monitoring methods and the differences of blood glucose monitoring satisfaction,pain degree and hypoglycemia frequency were compared.After the data were inputted and sorted out,SPSS26.0 was used for analysis,describe the general data of the included patients by mean,standard deviation.The consistency of values was compared by calculating MARD,MAD,MRD,MD,ISO standard and drawing Bland-Altman scatter chart.Paired t-test was used to compare the differences in satisfaction,pain degree and hypoglycemia frequency.Used correlation coefficient to evaluate linear correlation.Results: 118 diabetes patients all completed this study,excluding the FGMS or SMBG values missed by patients due to refusal to test,examination and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).A total of 2046 pairs of SMBG patients were collected with fasting blood glucose in the morning and 2 hours after meals.The percentage of SMBG-FGMS values that meet the ISO standard is relatively high(respectively,94.7%,95.3%),the overall FGMS value is 19.83±13.14%,and the MARD is 15.93±9.58% in hypoglycemia(< 3.9mmol/L),which is 12.66%.The calculation of MAD and MD showed that FGMS was lower than SMBG in all blood glucose ranges,and there was a significant difference between FGMS and SMBG under the condition of hyperglycemia(>10mmol/L,> 13.9mmol/L).The values of MD were 2.25mmol/L and 2.94 mmol,respectively,which were 1.69 mmol/L lower than those of SMBG,and the results of correlation analysis showed that there was a strong positive correlation between SMBG and FGMS(r=0.79,P<0.001).The Bland-Altman scatter plot showed that the scatter was uniformly distributed in the standard deviation line,and the mean line was close to zero,and the results of blood glucose measurement of SMBG and FGMS were similar.Compared with SMBG,FGMS can effectively identify the changing trend of blood glucose and the pain score is low,and diabetic patients who use FGMS for blood glucose monitoring have higher satisfaction(all P<0.01).Conclusion: There is a good correlation and consistency between FGMS and SMBG.FGMS can effectively predict the trend of blood glucose changes,FGMS is safe and painless in diabetes patients with insulin therapy and monitor blood glucose Continuously,It is convenient and flexible to use,improve patients’ satisfaction with blood glucose monitoring,and assist SMBG in clinical decision-making.
