| Objective:To explore the social integration status and influence factors between new drugs addicts and traditional drug addicts,providing a scientific basis for promoting the drug users return to society.Methods:Adopting male and female stratified random sampling method,197 new drug addicts and 153 traditional drug addicts were selected as the subjects of the study.Employing “the drug addicts reintegration self-assessment questionnaire ”,“social support scale”,“family function scale” and “social capital scale”,comparing analysis the social integration status and influence factors between new drugs addicts and traditional drug addicts.Results:The scores of social acceptance,social exclusion and total social integration of new drug addicts were 27.90±5.32,11.41±3.23,38.79±8.71 respectively.The scores of social acceptance,social exclusion and total social integration of traditional drug addicts were 30.27±5.52,15.74±2.89,46.01±9.12 respectively.Compared with the new drug addicts and traditional drug addicts,the scores of social acceptance,social exclusion and total social integration of these two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed the type of drug use,age,relapsing self-assessment scores,social support utilization score and total social support score were the influencing factors of social exclusion(p<0.05);the type of drug use,age,the cognition of drug abuse,relapsing self-assessment score,subjective social support,physical condition,adaptability of family function dissatisfaction,and the number of drug rehabilitation,were the influencing factors were the influencing factors of social acceptance(p<0.05);the type of drug use,the cognition of drug abuse,relapsing self-assessment score,social support utilization score,total social support score,physical condition and adaptability of family function dissatisfaction were the influencing factors of total social integration(p<0.05).Conclusions:The social integration of new drug users was better than that of traditional drug users.The main factors influencing the social integration of drug users include the types of drug use,the cognition of drug abuse,the causes of relapse,the physical condition,family function,social support and the others.The strengthening of drug harm education to the target population,physiological detoxification,psychological counseling,occupation skill training,family care and social support and so on micro,meso and macro comprehensive intervention measures were recommended.So as to promote drug addicts integrating into society as soon as possible and reducing the harm of epidemic and social crime caused by drug abuse. |
