Analysis On The Factors Of Social Integration Disorder Among Heroin Addicts

Objective:To explore the social integration status and barriers of heroin users and provide a scientific basis for the promotion of drug addicts’ social intervention strategies。Methods:Using a stratified random sampling method for men and women,153 drug addicts in a compulsory isolation detoxification facility were selected as study subjects,and using the “Drug Hazard Reduction Questionnaire,” “Social Integration Self-Assessment Scale,” “Social Support Scale”,"Family Function Scale" and "Social Capital Scale",to analyze the status quo and barriers of social integration of heroin users。Results:The social acceptance scores,social exclusion scores,and social fusion self-evaluation scores of heroin users were 35.44±7.34,13.78±4.73,and 49.22±8.11,respectively.The logistic regression analysis showed that the age and the familyrelationship influences the social integration of drug addicts(p<0.05),correlation analysis showed that drug users’ subjective support,support utilization,social support score,bridging social capital,integrated social capital,social capital total score and social exclusion score have a correlation(p< 0.05);There was a correlation between subjective support,objective support,support utilization,total social support,actual intimacy,practical adaptability,intimacy,dissatisfaction,adaptive dissatisfaction,bridging social capital,integrated social capital,social capital total score and social acceptance score(p<0.05).There was a correlation between subjective support,objective support,support utilization,total social support,actual intimacy,practical adaptability,degree of intimacy,satisfaction with dissatisfaction,bridging social capital,combined social capital,total social capital score and social integration self-evaluation scores(p<0.05)。Conclusions:Heroin drug users have obvious social exclusion,and their social integration needs to be promoted.Target group’s own factors and family’s social factors are the factors that hinder the social integration of heroin users.The younger the heroin users are,the better the social integration is;the better the relationship withthe family,the better the social integration.Social support,family function and social capital are all related to social integration。...
