| Objective1.On the basis of the theoretical framework of "knowledge and practice" and "patient participation in patient safety",construct the "knowledge and practice questionnaire for surgical diabetic patients participating in perioperative blood glucose management".2.Understand the current status and main influencing factors of surgical diabetes patients participating in perioperative blood glucose management.Provide research data and theoretical support for clinical work,so that nurses can implement targeted interventions on patients in clinical work, promote patients to participate in perioperative blood glucose management, and reduce the incidence of blood glucose adverse events.Methods1.Using the Delphi method, based on the theoretical framework of "patient participation in patient safety" and "Knowledge,Attitude,Practice",on the basis of literature review and group discussion,a "surgical questionnaire for patients with surgical diabetes participating in perioperative blood glucose management" was initially constructed, after two rounds The experts completed the revision of the questionnaire items by letter inquiry, and pre-surveyed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to form the final questionnaire.2.Useing convenience sampling, the diabetic patients who were hospitalized in the surgical ward of a third-class A general hospital in Zhengzhou,Henan Province from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. The general data questionnaire and the final version of the questionnaire on Blood Sugar Management during Operation was used as a tool to conduct a questionnaire survey.SPSS 20.0software was used to organize and analyze the data, and the mean ± standard deviation, frequency, and percentage were used to describe the general data and each scale;the χ2 test was used for single factor analysis;and the multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the questionnaire score.Results1.After two rounds of expert letter consultation, the final questionnaire was formed, which includedthree primary indicators: perioperative blood glucose management knowledge, willingness to participate in blood glucose management, and behavior to participate in blood glucose management. The knowledge part includes 6 secondary indicators, including the influence of poor blood glucose control, blood glucose monitoring, hypoglycemic medication, diabetes diet, exercise, critical condition and treatment,13 items in total. The willingness of participation includes three secondary items: decision participation, care participation and appeal participation, with a total of 7 items. The participation behavior part contains three secondary items: decision participation, care participation and appeal participation, with a total of 11 items.Cronbach ’coefficients of each part were 0.824,0.877 and 0.899,respectively,and the total Cronbach’coefficients of the questionnaire were 0.903.I-CVI 0.818 1.000.S-CVI was 0.947,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.2.The average score of perioperative blood glucose management knowledge of surgical inpatients with diabetes was(54.11±8.637),which was relatively low.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, age, educational level, marital status, work status, family per capita monthly income and diabetes history had an impact on the score. The mean score of participation intention was(32.17±3.070),which was above the average level.Multiple regression analysis showed that age, marital status, work status and diabetes history had an impact on the score. The mean score of participation behavior was(37.04±5.403),which was at a medium level.Multiple regression analysis showed that gender, educational level and primary caregivers had an impact on the score.Conclusion1.In this study, the questionnaire preparation process is reasonably designed and has good reliability and validity, which can be used to investigate perioperative blood glucose management knowledge, willingness to participate in blood glucose management and behavioral level of surgical diabetic patients.2.Perioperative surgical patients with diabetes mellitus blood sugar management knowledge level is relatively low,low age, accept education degree are engaged in professional for farmers and unemployed people score was significantly lower than the rest of the population, the prompt clinical medical staff we will adopt different health education based on the different populations means,in order to improve the patient’s level of knowledge; The behavioral level of patients participating in perioperative blood glucose management was at a medium level, and the score was slightly lower than the willingness of patients toparticipate, indicating that the willingness of diabetic patients to participate in perioperative blood glucose management was relatively positive, but the participation behavior needed to be further improved. |
